They mentioned taking it to a UPS Store and showing them the Code I received from Amazon. I happened to see this UPS store when I pulled into the parking lot to look up a location of a restaurant so I decided to go ahead and take it in there. I had just put the box in my car this morning so I might as well get rid of it. If it hadn't been for the long line it would have been a perfect experience. They did keep it moving pretty fast for a while but then they hit a couple of customers that took a little longer so there was quite a wait. Once I got to the counter the clerks were really friendly and my transaction only took a couple of minutes. I can recommend this place but be prepared for a possible wait if they get hit by a large group of people at once.

Sometimes this location is open during their business hours, and sometimes the door is locked…read more There have been 3 occasions when I've tried to go in during business hours and the "open" sign is illuminated, but the door is locked. This has been on Fridays and Saturdays, and not during lunch hours. Today it was locked at 2pm when the business hours say 10am-6pm, and the "open" light was on. I'd recommend just finding a different location rather than hoping you catch this one when the door is unlocked.

I realize they have to make money but I'm used to only paying $0.16 over at OfficeMax. However, OfficeMax wasn't available so I was glad to at least find a place that could make me the copy I needed. And someone recently told me about another place, I don't remember which one that was something like $5 for a copy so maybe I should count myself lucky. Still, it's only a piece of paper that takes 5 seconds to reproduce.

I asked for a manager and was told one wasn't scheduled- that there was nothing the clerk could do for me. I did leave my phone number with the clerk. I called the same store this morning and the same clerk told me there isn't a manger on the schedule today and he doesn't know when one will be in. I can't seem to get any help from this store.

It was early afternoon on Tuesday August 2nd. The one employee was helping a young man and this incredibly kind young woman came to help me. She tried one size box and in the process noticed that one of the items came from BSA Hospice. She wasn't happy with how the items fit and changed boxes. She made sure a frame was wrapped well in bubble wrap and wrapped the prayer shawl separately so the white would stay white. When she was done, she came around the counter and gave me a hug. I am so sorry I did not get her name but she made such a difference for me during a terrible time. Everything arrived intact and I'm very appreciative for her sensitivity.

Called spent 42:26 minutes on the phone with call center to sort it out. The attempt was made on a Friday, was told Monday before 20:00, asked why it could not be delivered on Saturday. Was informed that was not part of the shipping order, was told that if I wanted it delivered on Saturday I would have to pay extra. So the driver lies about the delivery attempt and takes a picture of a dirt road, the superiors tries to extort money to get the package delivered.

Both the FedEx Package and Freight services that serve Amarillo, Texas are criminal organizations that steal packages and freight from their customers. We have experienced this on multiple occasions. FedEx employees have forged our signatures numerous times for the shipments, and then marked them delivered, but actually never delivered the shipments to us. Both CFR and our customers have tried to reach out to FedEx regarding this recurring issue, but no help is available. FedEx only has one 800 phone number for the entire company, and it's impossible to reach a real human to complain about this.
