That's what I call a successful errand. The girl behind the counter who printed my label was very helpful since I have never used their service before and showed me how to send her the label after I purchased it so she could print it out at lightning speed for me. I asked the young man at the cashier counter if they had any single pens and he pointed me to a large selection of them. I thought the Sharpie markers were kind of expensive compared to other stores but I bought a nice purple ballpoint pen that writes real smoothly. I left the store happy and satisfied I had accomplished what I set out to do plus more. Update: I've been back twice in three days and still leave happy each time. It would have cost me about $3.50 to print these 3 labels at the local library. Preslee gets an A+ for patience and know-how. Update: 7/28/17 I've now come in here 6 times and every time I have gotten wonderful help. Today I wanted to print out a little tiny label to save myself having to write it over and over and over again for a craft project. All I had to do was hand print it one-time the size I wanted and the girl behind the counter was able to print it out 15 x on one paper so I can cut it out and paste it onto the projects. It was well under a dollar for four sheets which gives me 60 labels I can use. If I need smaller ones I can bring one of the copies back in and they will shrink the size and print more for me. How easy is that? I'm changing my four star review to five stars because I've had so many good experiences in this location.

It was a tough job because these notebook components are extremely compact, and in this case, the memory drive was small and had a proprietary interface so I just couldn't drop it into my desktop and pull all of files. What a surprise to hear from Cat-Man-Du that they could retrieve my personal information off my drive! Pictures, documents, music, everything! I learned 2 things from working with this computer repair shop; 1) Save yourself the hassle and pay these guys for their expertise in getting your computer issue resolved. Use the time you save tinkering on you computer to spend it with your family instead. 2) I am never buying a darn ultrabook ever again! Those pieces of crap are not worth my money.

I called Catmandu and spoke to Sebastian on the phone and he was amazing. He listened to the problem an explained to me what the possible problems could be. He was nice enough to let me bring it in and take a quick look at it to see if it would need extensive repair or completely out of service. The guys are amazing and their customer service is second to none.This experience not only made my company a life long customer but I will also personally use them exclusively. This was my first visit--and definitely my last. I came to wash my large blankets, and it took…read morenearly 10 minutes just to get a washer started because the card readers weren't working properly on any of the machines I tried (and there weren't many clean ones to choose from). The same issues occurred with the dryers. I was understandably frustrated and mentioned to my daughter that the machines seemed "jinky." When my daughter's comforter came out still wet after a full wash cycle, we asked the attendant for help, but she never assisted us. (Said we didn't put it on the correct cycle) and after about 10 minutes, the attendant came over, pulled the blanket out mid-cycle, and scolded us--saying we were going to break the dryer. She then placed our blanket in a basket and proceeded to speak loudly about my attitude and comments. For the record, I never disrespected her--I was frustrated, yes, but I simply expressed my concerns about faulty machines. Instead of helping, she chose to make rude, unnecessary comments, including remarks about my payment card. Her behavior was loud, unprofessional, and disrespectful to both me and my daughter. I paid to rewash my comforter it was way to much confrontation over a machine she clearly didn't own. To make matters worse, the facility itself was not clean. Many washers smelled of mildew or contained pet hair, and the floors were dirty. If you're looking for a better experience, I strongly recommend the location on Bell or Western--it's much cleaner, and the staff there are far more helpful and professional.
