After searching several options on Google, I came across their sponsored ad and decided to give it a try--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The lady at the front desk (on the morning of New Year's Eve) was incredibly nice and kind. She took her time to explain everything in detail, which was so helpful since it was my first time trying spray tanning. Her warm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. Once I stepped into the VersaPro cabin, the experience was just as seamless. The machine provided voice instructions that mirrored everything the front desk staff had explained to me beforehand. I was given a little towel and a special cream to apply to areas like my elbows, fingertips, and ankles to ensure the tan was even. The entire process was quick and convenient--no more than 15 minutes in total! What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They even offer tanning remover wipes in case you notice any uneven areas (which I didn't have to use because the results were flawless). The tan turned out perfectly even, and after following the instructions to wait 3 hours before rinsing (no shampoo or body wash until the next day), I was thrilled with how natural it looked. The only thing "easy" about this place is how easily the management team and owner is to disregard justified customer complaints. If you put half as much effort into maintaining and improving your business as you do childishly responding to reviews on a public platform you may not have issues with complaints to begin with. You used an analogy comparing a Mercedes to a Ford. Yes- a Mercedes is going to cost more than a Ford but when you spend more money buying a Mercedes you expect a higher level of service, quality & professionalism. In this analogy that you chose- you are the Ford. A used Ford a In the spirit of keeping the analogy going, you are the Ford with a taped on Mercedes emblem that falls off as soon as you give payment and agree to become a member. Aside from that- whether you purchase a Mercedes OR Ford you expect everything to work. Your spray tan booth failed to work meaning you couldn't even provide that. You misinform on what you'll provide your customers, the details of the membership and what's included and while will cost extra. You use shady sales tactics in order to make your offer look attractive when in reality the agreement verbalized to the customer won't be what they receive with their membership. If you're going to sign up for a membership here, I would advise you read every word of the agreement before you give them payment that they'll refuse to refund once they fail to provide the quality you'd expect to receive from any professional establishment. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I needed a spray tanning and bed tanning membership. Two days ago I came in and signed up for the most expensive tanning membership they had because I was under the impression that they included everything in that membership. If I am paying almost $100 a month, wouldn't that make sense to include everything? No. I was told that I got unlimited tanning beds, but that I only got 4 spray tans a month? And that the hydration station is a $10 up-charge every time? For my skin type, I lose my color very quickly and have to spray tan every 5 days. I don't think it's fair at all to me and ALL the girls who have my skin type to be punished for it and only get 4 spray tans a month with the most expensive membership? That's not fair to do at all. Anyway, I thought that was WAY too high for a membership that didn't include everything. I've been in the tanning industry for the past 7 years and know generally how much tanning memberships should be and what should be included in them. In my 7 years of experience, I have never came across a membership this expensive, let alone, one that doesn't include everything I needed. But the shitty thing was that the girl who sold me the membership didn't even tell me that certain things weren't included. The manager was standing right next to her and didn't chime in to correct her either. They just wanted the sale and sold me the membership I was misled on. I did the tanning bed and the tanning bed I was in had finger prints on the top. Being in the tanning industry, I know how the beds should be cleaned and the employees were just being lazy and didn't clean the top acrylic. The second thing that happened was that the hydration station was broke and didn't work. Okay I understand things happen. The next thing that happened was that I did the DARK bronze in the Versa spa only to come out to see no color on my skin. I let the spray tan process and still no color showed up. It was the whole reason I needed the membership. So all in all, it just wasn't going to work out for me for those numerous reasons. So the next day I came in to get my money back, I was told the owner had to authorize the refund. Okay I get that. The next day I got a call from the owner Bette who told me that since I don't want the membership anymore that she was going to charge me for the tanning bed I did and full price for the products I bought? So after spending over $150, she was only going to refund me $46? Who does that to their customers?! If someone is unhappy with the services you provide, why wouldn't you just refund ALL the money back and take back the products I don't even need? ALSO she cut me off on the phone and was rude and didn't even give me a chance to speak before hanging up. So after that phone call my mother in law came in with me to talk to Bette and to try and reason with her and Bette just didn't care and caused a scene and even got another customer who just wanted to come in and tan involved. That's SO unprofessional and just flat out HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business practice. If she were to just refund me the money back AT LEAST the money for the membership I paid for ($102) I wouldn't be writing this review right now and reporting her to the BBB AND telling everyone I know NOT to go to Easy Tan. I guess the customer is never right and that the owner is just greedy who doesn't care about running a good honest business. read more

Just awful!!! They overcharge for tanning like nothing I've ever seen and their beds are the lowest quality. I thought I'd give them another go and got an airbrush tan. I'm beyond mad! It must be from 1992!!! It came out orange and it smelled so bad I was mortified!! I had a big event to go to and asked them several times if i needed to worry about the color or smell. Ohh nooo it doesn't smell! Mortified!! This is 2015, airbrushing is now golden tan and it actually smells amazing. I'm really angry that they use such cheap products and have the nerve to not only charge people for it but overcharge! I'm spreading the word. Do not waste your money! The basic beds wouldn't outshine a lamp. The more expensive beds are what the basic beds should be. This is a scam. They expect people not to know anything about the tanning industry. Amazing service! It was my first time doing a UV tan and the lady explained what happens, suggested the level of UV best for my skin and how easily I tan/burn. She also picked out the lotion to apply and it smelled so good! I will be going back very soon because the service was great and my tan turned out exactly how I wanted! read more

This is the best tanning salon I have ever been to! My first time at the salon they gave me a tour walking me into each of the rooms and explaining the features of each bed. Then they explained the different packages in detail. Never have I been to a tanning salon and been provided so much information. It was really impressive how much they cared about me as a customer. What a great business! I use the tanning beds to help treat my atopic dermatitis, it's easier than the multiple visits to the dermatologist and more convenient because it covers most of my body. This place even helped me determine which beds would be best for this (derm recommends higher uvb)! They also allowed me to add an extra week onto my month contract when I only needed one more week because I am moving! They didn't try to overcharge me! However; the owner of this establishment is very nosy and rude and I do not like coming here for that reason. I feel humiliated by her snarky comments. IM SOLD! I walked into easy tan last Friday hopeful but hesitant. I've been going to south beach tanning for 8 years and wasn't looking forward to trying something new. I moved so this was out of necessity. However, Easy tan was a pleasant surprise from the get go. When you walk in it's Super CLEAN! I was greeted by friendly faces and they were knowledgeable! I have been spray tanning since I was in high school and many times it has been an epic fail depending on the solution the salon uses. I am familiar with versa spa which is what they have here. I am incredibly fair complected and their solution came out BEAUTIFULLY on my skin! I opted for the dark bronze because we are beach side after all. I immediately had color and the next morning I had a flawless tan. My roommate was impressed at how natural it looked and prompted her to get one. Many of my coworkers complimented my tan and asked me which beach I went to over the weekend. I just started fading today and decided to exfoliate. I sweat a lot from working at and my tan lasted for a solid five days. Im a happy customer and will be purchasing the monthly membership. I look forward to trying their teeth whitening next ! I've been going to this place for a very long time. If you sign up for their cheap monthly membership, you can tan as much as u want and u get discounts on upgrades to nicer beds. It isn't over priced if you do it right! And as far as the comment about staff being nosey, I don't think that's true. The owner likes to have a personal relationship with all her customers which I think is admirable. Anyway, I like this place and recommend it! read more

I have been coming here for a little over 5 years now and will not go anywhere else!! They have a friendly knowledgeable staff that always go out of their way to help you with anything you need from general tanning information to lotions, skincare and so much more. The beds are fabulous and CLEAN! As far as the membership stated in the bad reviews~ NOT TRUE! I just now after going off and on for over 5 yes FIVE years signed up for the monthly membership! If you like a nice tan year round the membership is the way to go low monthly cost and upgrade at half price and such, but you do not have to have a membership I have been more than welcomed each and every visit wether it was one single visit or a monthly package. read more

Very disappointed with the lack of information provided. I was giving prices and membership info stating it was month by month and no contract then when going to sign up they require a setup fee plus a minimum of 3 months and keep your credit card on file and must cancel by the 10th of the month prior. I was also told that the first tan would be free to try out any machine that you would like to determine which membership you would like to purchase then it was that you can only use it for 5 minutes. So complete bait and switch here. Walked out and the employee with the little squeaky voice had a "I don't really care" attitude while looking at the other employees during our conversation which made me feel like I was being annoying asking so many questions.
