She carefully listened to what I wanted and made thoughtful suggestions of her own. In the end, I got the exact cut I wanted (no "accidentally" going too short like I've had at other salons) and gentle highlights that looked natural on my blonde hair. No reason to look elsewhere when I need a cut or color again in the future! Then, luckily, I met Jocelyn! I'd never had my lashes tinted or lifted, and I decided to give it a go. This is very popular back in Texas and in other larger cities, but Melbourne hasn't picked up on this as much. Jocelyn is one of the few in the area that do it! I am so glad I did! My blonde lashes are literally invisible. Which means I ALWAYS have to wear mascara if I want to feel put together. But WOW!!! After the tint and lift - I can go au natural and STILL feel beautiful! Not to mention how fun it is to have your own lashes look long and sexy - without having to resort to gluing something on. When I was leaving that appt I mentioned that I like the eyebrow lamination look girls are doing these days, but that I have 90's eyebrows. Her response - I fix 90's eyebrows!! I loved that she said that! And I loved the service and working with her so much on that visit, I decided to come back give it a try. WIN AGAIN! I was so scared I'd look like Groucho Marx, but I don't! I'm so grateful to work with her, I feel like I can trust her. Which is a big deal when trying to find Esties you want to continue working with. Will never go anywhere else for the services she offers. I've also had my nails and toes done there with multiple technicians. They really have well-trained employees, with the best attitudes and best skills. RUINED my hair!! I…read morehad gorgeous natural looking highlights and came here to get them touched up and add a few more to blend my roots. Somehow there was such miscommunication that she turned me into a BLONDE (see before & after pictures). I had to go somewhere else to get it toned dark because I didn't want to be so blonde! It wouldn't be the end of the world if she hadn't over bleach it so much. She used a heavy hand when applying the bleach and STARTED in the front and top section of my hair. This made the most visible parts of my hair the most damaged. I've never had a hairstylist start the highlighting process on the pieces around your Face. They completely fried while waiting on the back to "catch up". She then roughly scrapped/rubbed the bleach off the front, over-fried pieces with a towel which I'm sure caused even more breakage and damage. My hair is now gummy, elastic, broken, and frizzy. I hate it. I had to cut 5 inches off to attempt to make it better. It's been a month and I'm still SO upset which is why I'm finally writing a review. I paid $300 + $$ on repair products, just to ruin my healthy/natural looking hair. I'm still so dang upset and would do anything to go back and not walk into this salon that day.

When we had a death in my family and my hair had been neglected because of caregiving, Linda came in early to make sure I was feeling presentable for the memorial. As far as massage, Laura understands anatomy. She can identify the problems that are causing muscle pain and work out the stress points. She can calibrate her massage according to your needs - a gentle relaxation massage or a thorough deep tissue massage. I'd go a weekly if I could but I definitely look forward to my monthly Laura massage.
