She knows her stuff, and I'm confident she'll do right by me every year. She has a fair price and is very thorough. For returning customers, she sends a nice letter at the beginning of tax season with a list of documents to bring. It's a helpful reminder to get my documents in order and serves as a checklist as I get ready. She'll file electronically for you as you wait, so you know immediately how much you owe/receive for a refund. Her secretary is also very efficient. I've never had trouble getting an appointment within the time frame I want. She doesn't do online scheduling, so plan to call to set up an appointment. Her office is a little tricky to find, located in a larger business center. Arrive a little early to make sure you can find it. It has a nice parking lot and decent signage, which is a plus.

What's the tell me that I had on unfiled taxes. They are very difficult to get a hold of I've left multiple messages with days going by before someone gets back to me. They've literally done nothing for me except tell me that I have on file taxes in for that they charge me $2000. They claim to be a Christian-based organization I'm sure they're using this just to earn trust steer clear and find someone that has good reviews these guys are charlatans.
