So we went to see Tom and he found the error and was able to correct it for us... Something in a significant tax refund. We have been going to see Tom ever since. The services are not cheap, but we feel it is worth the money to make sure our taxes are prepared properly each year. We receive a tax packet from Tom at the end of each January that we can either send in with all of our documentation or we can schedule a meeting to go through it with him directly... We have done this both ways. It is very convenient. Tom takes the time to talk with us about the best ways to handle our taxes each year (401(k) contributions, deductions, etc.). If you have unique work arrangements or are in a higher tax bracket, I highly recommend coming to see Tom.

I was assured it would be about a week or week and a half. I never heard one word. Two weeks went by and I stopped in thinking they would definitely be ready. Nope. I stood there for 20 mins while rude lady and the receptionist looked for my taxes. They finally found me lumped in with a few other customers who I was told one of the employees just dumped into the file cabinet. I was then assured my taxes would be ready the next day. I didn't believe them so gave them an extra couple days. Again, I arrive to them unfinished. I was told that I didn't set up an appointment to pick them up. An appointment was never offered to me. I can't believe this place.
