This system would've been amazing and will really speed up the bag drop process (as I believe that was the intention) if all the machines were operable, unfortunately out of the dozen maybe 5 or 6 was functioning not to mention more often than not the red lights kept flashing atop the machine meaning something went askew. I honestly think that if they can sort out the machines, I have no doubt that they wouldn't have the long windy lines they have, it is actually a very good concept. No customer service. I was trying to messenger them and get a live person one hour for three questions to 20 minutes per question.Reply to me after I responded within 30 seconds. Flight canceled no person to help get you on a new flight. Had to spend $1,100 more on another airline to leave the next day with 0 help from EasyJet. Prices are way more if your buying last minute. EasyJet should pay at least 50% of the other airline. I believe this company should have better customer service and support. read more
