I had the worst experience ever, and I filed a claim for 900.00 Euros as follows, I paid seat C18 $85.00 Florida to Frankfurt, and the seat was given to another person. I paid 14 Euros from Frankfurt to Venice for seat C18 and was given 028B. At the Frankfurt airport, they wanted me to pay a new ticket to Venice again even though it was not my fault for missing my flight to Venice. (They just departed 2 hours late from Florida, which it seem they are popular for always departing late or canceling their flights at the last minute. I explain that I suffer from Panic Atacks and Claustofhobia, and they refuse to honor my Doctors letter at the Orlando counter. I called several times, and they told me they would not accept my letter, so that's how I ended up paying $100.00 for both seat that were given to someone else. From Frankfurt to Italy, I also had paid for seat C18, and they gave me 028B, which is a middle seat. The passenger that was in the aisle next to my seat was courteous enough to give me his seat, seeing I was about to have a panic attack, and he sat in the middle. I called the night before to find out the charge for an overweight luggage, and they told me it was $35.00 for up to 70 pounds. My luggage weight was 60 pounds (10 lbs over) and your supervisor (Mr. Chadwick), at the Orlando counter, laughed at my face and charged me $370.00 for my luggage. A co-worker at the check-in counter told me she has never seen anybody paying so much money for an overweight and gave me his name to report him. My brand new luggage was completely destroyed by this airline. I had extra expenses while waiting in Frankfurt as lunch, and a drink plus inecesary stress. My claim is for 900 Euros. I received an email from Mr. CAMAL apologizing for asking me for my bank account to transfer my refund but never mention how much he was going to transfer. I responded, explaining the amount of money I lost he just simply disappeared, and after 3 emails to him, he never responded again. I have no option but to file a file claim with the Better Business Bureau in the United States, which they will help me. If not, I will hire an attorney upon my arrival to the U.S. Their food is disgusting and they are so cheap you will not even get a headset to watch a movie which are old movie. At dinner time, I had to pay $8,00 for a glass of wine, which all airlines give it to you complementary. This is not a low-cost airline. I paid close to $1000.00 for my flight to have the worst experience in my life. Think twice before booking with them.

We were heading back to States (had been in Europe for 10 days) came by Lufthansa with same check-in bags.. traveled within the country by flights with same bag(had no issues anywhere). But this lady started arguing that the carry on we had was not a acceptable size and she couldn't allow. It was a standard size Samsonite carry on bag... Tried to explain her but she was so reluctant !! Finally after much back and forth communication she made an EXception for us to allow us to take that bag as carry on !! We had a early morning flight guessing she din have a goodnight sleep ! But seriously this just showed their lack of concern and willingness to help or listen to the passenger's even though it's just a part of her daily job.

No cables and very light dumbbells. The treadmill didn't work either. They had random bikes as decorations for the gym which is so dumb. To top it off I woke up from a night of sleep to thinking someone was in my room watching me because of a creepy photo hanging up right next to the tv. You could have got any other photo and put it there or put that somewhere else. I am sure I am not the only one to wake up seeing that and jump a little bit. You do get two waters in your room but that's about it. The shower I had was a handicap one with a lip in the middle of the shower that I stumped my toe against. Overall I had a terrible time at this hotel. Wish they took care of there titanium members by at least giving them a free breakfast. And update their gym!

I was here on a Sunday, and the restaurant was closed, so I wasn't able to check it out. I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Venice Airport, especially if you are flying out of Venice Marco Polo Airport. Five Stars.
