I ordered three tacos, two asada and one al pastor and wow, I wasn't expecting them to be this loaded. Each taco came piled high with meat, way more than you usually get. The asada was juicy, tender, and had that smoky, slightly charred flavor that tells you it just came off the grill. The al pastor was even better. A little sweet, perfectly spiced, with crispy edges and just the right amount of pineapple to balance the rich pork. It tasted like it was cut straight off a trompo. And the red salsa? Incredible, So good. Smoky, spicy, and it hits you with a slow burn that makes everything pop even more. It's a super casual setup, just a few tables inside the market but the food is legit.
