The lady that cleans my house is very sweet and I feel very comfortable with her in my home. I feel so comfortable that I have left her alone in my home while I went to the gym. She always asks me to look around when she is through making sure nothing was missed. The price is very reasonable. What a joke don't bother hiring this service. My Mom hired Mayra and her team to clean the floors…read morein the house and bathroom for Thursday afternoon because she told us that she is only available in the afternoon and in our neighborhood Thursday and Friday. When Thursday afternoon came they were running late and didn't show up because of her team over extending services for another client that shouldn't have been done. So we decided to give them a second chance and reschedule for Monday morning July 21st 830 and was promised by Ms. Mayra we would be the first customer cleaning on the list . Ha! Wrong 9:30 rolled around and the calls kept going to voicemail not answering calls I guess.Finally was able to reach Ms.Mayra and she had a unpleasant unprofessional tone and said that we mixed up the hours and that we had an appointment at 10 somewhere else and she would be there by 10? Huh? Wanted to give Ms. Mayra and her team business but this is not worth the time when you don't show up and try to put blame on the customer. Like I said don't bother with hiring her at all.

The company confirmed the appointment but there was never any follow through by their representative. Clearly, they need to improve before attempting to solicit new customers. I have the staff members name but do not want to mention it so not to.embarass him for the lack of follow through ( Diego). Im taking a pass on this company. Lack of simple follow through is indicative of larger problems in house. Easy to make an assertion of a cancelled call-which is an outright, boldface lie. You folks need to get it together. They might look terrible in print because they were only meant to be viewed on a screen. I need them printed and slapped on some foam core in the next hour for a client who will really, really appreciate them. And they might look terrible. I mean really, really terrible, because - screenshots. Are you willing to take this journey with me?" Kyle not only took the journey; he led the journey. The man dropped everything, Photoshopped my pdfs into printable sizes, and foam-cored them into a splendid deliverable... and then offered to deliver them personally to my client. The man earned his sainthood. The client was overjoyed with the result, and everyone left a winner. I've never been to Bakersfield, and chances are I won't find myself there anytime soon. But if I did need to go to Bakersfield, and if I needed something while I was there, I'd call Kyle for pointers.
