Pretty sure he's the only employee at the company (I'm guessing he must be the lender as well as the owner). This is why they barely answer the phone. He will absolutely take the rug up from under you in a heartbeat. Super slimy guy, will use deceptive tactics in order to trick a customer into either owing more money or seizing any assets you have. I filled out the short form application and gave details about my vehicle. I got an email back stating that I had been pre-approved and my vehicle qualified. I then got a second email asking me to fill out a much longer application with my personal information as well as submit required documents (2 pieces of ID, a void cheque, etc). So, I went and started gathering the documents and submitted them to this company. As I was doing all of this, another email had shown up saying that I didn't qualify due to "not enough equity". What!? So, I gave all of the vehicles information, submitted documents and wasted time filling out forms thinking that all was good, to suddenly be rejected? Why would I even be pre-approved in the first place then? What a complete waste of my time! I wrote back to them stating my frustration with the situation and how this process is unethical and that the website is very misleading. I got a response that was rude and generic enough that they put "dear Client" rather than use my name. To me, that says it all right there. I am glad that I didn't get approved with this company ultimately. I have no doubt that this would have been a nightmare after I accepted a loan, as they clearly have no regard for people and are rude, callous, and can't be bothered to even be half-decent in their communication. The website is a joke, it omits information about how to actually qualify, and you will most likely have your time wasted as I did. I have a very nice vehicle in excellent condition. It is less than 8 years old. The loan that I was requesting was very low. No reason for any of this. Hopefully this review will help others to stay away from these idiots.
