They have illegal stuff there. The owner knows about it. I seriously wouldnt be surprised if they get shutdown for selling cigarette vapes illegally in California soon. (Flavored nicotine vapes sales are illegal in California) Also, EVERYTHING is way overpriced in the shop which is an extra insult to injury, that and the neighborhood and surrounding area is really bad, so be careful.
