Honestly, this used to be my place for delivery. They have good prices and a low delivery min but over the past 6 months this place has gone down hill (again this is only for delivery). I'm disabled so sometimes driving out to a dispensary is too hard for me so I prefer delivery. They usually send you a confirmation text when you place an order online and then another with a ETA. However The last 3 orders I've placed with them have been a huge let down. No confirmation text, no answer to emails/online help center OR their texting. I call and no answer. When I finally reach someone they are unapologetic about the disorganization and then make you wait another 3 hours on top of what you've already waited. This last time, I got a random reply about cash payment and then once again, no response after that. You can chose what payment to use for delivery and I very clearly clicked debit but they still had the gall to text to ask and ignore the rest of my text? They have a way to check the orders online but it just shows "pending". My last order, they claimed they never got it and then they said it was already processed and then they magically found it. Also the delivery drivers they have now have the biggest attitude problem. Getting them to pull up to my apartment seems like the biggest issue for them. I gave this place 2 stars because I've had great service with them in the past but I'm no longer using them for any future services because of the lack of concern for customers orders. I have always order from them I like that they had points before. Lately my experience has not been so good not sure what changed. Before never had complains. All the drivers were professional but I had a bad experience one day. I had placed an order and it was more than 4 hours but wasn't in a hurry so I waited but I did call to check on my order it was a good thing I called. The young lady said that we dont have an order that you placed I told her that I did have an order and I have an email confirmation and on my account it ahow but still says no im wrong I was like wow not sure if she was new there. I gave her the order number and I told here I can email you a screen shot. Suddenly I get an email that my order was canceled I told her my order was just canceled an I just got an email. She didn't belive me. Since then I haven't order anything well today I was but it would let me complete the order then I noticed the minimum changed from 35 to 50 now big jump but ok so I added more item to meet the minimum but it still won't let me place my order. I first began dabbing on the regular because of Archie. Archie works at Emberz and he is THE BEST. Don't ever fear when Archie is there (here). I learned about Diamonds by High Garden, a CBD product with 100% THC, and I already had a dab rig I never used due to being that type who won't listen to ANYBODY and also who doesn't even know what the hell she's doing. So, Archie talks to me about this and I'm going to admit to you that marketing does appeal to me and can absolutely sell me product(s). I'd like to think I've allowed it to, but then I think back to those days when the iPod ads were up all over town, you know the ones with the one earbud dangling from a dancing wavy haired girl- and I know that I like what appeals to me and that many people do. I am telling you this so that you give Diamonds (only Diamonds, though, because the others do not compare THC level wise). They have my favorite brands- Connected, Jeeterz, Alien Labs, Loudpack, Stiizy, THC Design (eh), and they have them all in, like, every single size. A "twomp" (how long has it been since you've heard that jargon, right) ...eighth, quarter, half, ounce, pre-roll, pre-roll packs. They sell dab rigs- the best ones are by Puff Co. Most people get the hang of dabbing with a few tries and it is a lovely activity to add to your classic weed flower consumption. Other dab rigs are fine, too. Just don't get one that is too tall because the amount of air you'll have to take in before you get a hit will make it difficult for you to get the heating and cooling times right and you may miss the hit. It's all about timing and the torch (sounds like an Indie band... Timing and The Torch). No hot dabs, as tempting and as often as you'll screw up and take a hot dab without thinking better of it. Extremely poor. I placed an order Monday night. The website they would be in touch to confirm before my delivery. After my delivery window passed without any contact I called. They said sorry and they could get it to me between 3-4. At 4:02 I called and they guy gave me an attitude because he just got to the "driver's seat." I asked why my delivery wasn't made during either window and he said "I'm gonna have him bring it to you right now." But.... "I just told you I just got here you're getting out of line." But... "my boss just told me we don't deliver to that address." So I had to call back twice to find that out? They were not going to call and tell me my order wasn't going to be delivered. I asked the guy if he would like it if he placed a delivery order and was treated this way. "I would NOT place a delivery order. I get all my stuff myself." So he doesn't even believe in his own comany! I usually go to the store too, Emberz, but this week I'm stuck at home with a sick 2 year. Thanks being really terrible.
