The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

She eventually no-showed, cancelled, kept full deposit, and has not responded since. No business license. No workers insurance. NOT A REAL BUSINESS. SCAM. A LOT OF RED FLAGS. Asked for deposit to reserve her cleaning services. Demanded it same day, after sending me a notice around 9-10pm. Hesitatingly, I gave her 1/2 the ridiculous deposit she requested and voiced my concern about this odd and unheard of business practice. Come day of scheduled services, after running 3 hours late (bc she was working another job), with poor communication she decided she was too overwhelmed to come fulfill my cleaning project and also cancelled scheduled services next day. Said she would return 1/2 of my deposit. I did not agree to her cancelling the cleaning and asked her to confirm that I would receive my full deposit due to her no-showing and cancelling without my agreement. Have not heard from her since. FRAUD. She planned to charge me for extra services not agreed on and when I expressed that I would only be paying for agreed on services, she decided that she "can't work with my budget". ..$600 for 10 scheduled hours of cleaning..even though her fee is $40 per hour for deep clean. What a nightmare. Extra projects are some random price she comes up. From beginning I expressed that hourly rate is fair..you get what you're work for..she didn't like that and her regular cleaning fee seemed to be higher than her deep cleaning when you broke it down. She gives you the run around..and it's hard to get any kind of quote or set price for anything. Even if you work with her, which I highly recommend against, be ready for a higher bill than agreed on value. Others experienced that with her... In initial meeting, gave me the run-around about her pricing (which varies drastically from client to client, likely based on what she thinks she can get from you...I know from speaking to others she works for..though they seem not to know.) She also took photos of my home without permission..and showed me other clients homes..which by best guess is they have no idea. Really strange. Unclear answers. She makes all the rules with no guarantees to you. She even held another clients deposit until the 3rd cleaning! ..so odd..it's like you have to have her back to get your money...DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR MONEY BEFORE SHE DOES ANY WORK. And with someone like her, I wouldn't even trust her around my house. Brings her boyfriend to help her clean too..and who knows who else.. No business license. No workers insurance. They did hang the clothes in my master closet (which wasn't part of their deal) but I also let them take clothing from a pile that's no longer used that I was planning on selling at Plato's closet eventually. Worst experience ever and I'm not even mad her employees didnt do their job, I'm mad she didn't do the right thing and refund me just the extra $200 i was charged, especially when i didnt even get the services the regular $450 price should have covered.
