The homemade liverwurst is outstanding and represents a difference of night and day compared to the processed stuff in supermarkets. The veal loafs are tasty and great as cold cut or in bigger pieces to sautee. Real black forest or Westphalia ham among other typical german sausages are available. The ground meat is prepared fresh and looks and tastes so much better than the processed and chlorine treated ground meat in super markets. The ham shanks or ox tails are excellent as well. My Steaks that I paid for ended up in the next person's cart. Store refuses to make it right. I drove 30 - 40 minutes to get there to help out small a business and this is how I get treated. Also they don't always charge you what price is marked. Very shady business practices.
