They requested a letter from my pain management which was given which pain management says they have never had to send a letter to a prescribing physician to tell them they can prescribe, its the other way around which is confirmed by my email from melissa spears saying she didn't realize SHE had to write the note! Then they blocked my number after contacting my pain management clinic FINALLY AFTER 3 WEEKS to tell them they dropped me as a patient! That is how much these people care about your mental health!! When clients have come to the owners about these issues NOTHING is done. This puts clients mental health at risk but they don't seem to care. If they don't have anyone to cover these positions they just let the problem ones keep their job with no repercussions. The tech Jerome and Mary who does sound bath are the only trustable and reliable employees there. Corey is the owner and is afraid of confrontation so he would rather not confront the issues instead of improve his business. I have personally seen items get stolen from my friend and the person who did it got a job as a House Manager.
