Even through a failed home purchase (issue with seller not the mortgage), Jamie helped us to navigate our way through things and also to get things established for the next house we eventually found and purchased. She answered any and all questions we were sending her and she was able to break down the answers in a way that made perfect sense to us, not being in the mortgage industry. She even watched the rates like a hawk as they fluctuated up and down and up and down and... In both instances, we did the full loan application, and from the initial purchase contract being signed until we were Clear-to-Close, Jamie got the paperwork pushed through FAST -- pretty sure in record time. I don't know what magic she has, but the the speed that she got things done was impressive!! She went above and beyond in every aspect of her job (and even in many aspects which were not really in her job description). But she helped us SO much and made the mortgage side of the home purchase process completely seamless with zero issues, scares, or turbulence through the 6+ month journey of us finding the right home. Even while she was away from the office on vacation or for other reasons, she was still reachable and also gave us contact info for a co-worker to answer any urgent questions we might have had if she couldn't reply quickly. The level of care and professionalism that she showed us is unmatched to any other Mortgage Loan Originator that I have worked with. Jamie was incredible to work with and if you are ever looking for a mortgage (new, re-finance, VA or Conventional, or anything related to mortgages) -- Jamie is the person that you want to work with to get it done. I have been a State Farm customer for the past 5 years after moving back south from Washington DC…read more At my previous address I had homeowners, auto, and an umbrella policy. I reached out to Will Rentschler's agency upon my recent move to Florida to transfer my auto insurance and secure homeowners insurance for a home I was purchasing in Pensacola. I was quoted rates and given a binder for the home closing. All of this was done several weeks before the close date. I was notified 24 hours before the closing that underwriting would not write the policy...this is AFTER all of the specifics regarding the property had been laid out for the agent with plenty of lead time. The closing came close to not happening due to the negligence of the agent...after securing insurance with another company, I spoke with a national agent for State Farm who informed me that State Farm no longer wrote homeowners in our area, she even suggested I report them to the State Insurance Commission. Since this incident at the end of last year, I have received 4 bills from this agency for homeowners insurance which they said they could not write. I called to speak with Will Rentschler, left messages, and have never received a call back. Just received another bill yesterday... Extremely unprofessional and either willingly misleading or unknowledgeable.
