They sent no one out to fix it but instead had there delivery guys fix it. Cable still doesn't work and still haven't heard back from anyone. Also the couch two of the legs were off and the whole bottom of the couch is peeling. Spend the little extra money and go somewhere else. Because even being discount place isn't worth it.

    I need to take a moment to give a shout-out to Bob's Furniture (specifically Maryanne, who works…read morethere). Backstory: I bought our couch there about 4 years ago. At the time, I debated about purchasing the extra protection/guarantee thing for $99 and then figured what the hell... I have a kid & cats. Welp. Got a hole in the couch, and it's been slowly getting beaten up - stains don't come out, that kind of thing. Another friend told me her partner, who's just bought a new place in NYC, got his couch - the same kind I have - at Bob's, but now it includes built-in shelves on either side and charging stations. Huh. So last week, I popped up to Bob's to check out the new couch. I wasn't thrilled about having to shell out $$ for a new couch, but when I talked to Maryanne, the salesperson, she said that the policy I bought might cover the cost to replace it. I was dubious but agreed it was worth the 10 minutes it took to file a claim. Lo and behold. Got an email from the claims dept. yesterday with a voucher for replacing my couch! The OG model I have isn't made anymore, but the upgrade is better anyway. Popped up to Bob's today. Ordered the new couch. Used the voucher -- free delivery, new protection plan included -- and it cost me a whole $47 out of pocket. Shout-out to Stephen for his help today & for assuring me that Maryanne would get the commission since she's responsible for suggesting I try the claims process in the first place. Moral of the story -- Bob's has decent furniture. Nothing's built to last anymore, unfortunately, but their policy -- if you purchase the protection plan for $99 -- is absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend them.

This just shows the type business one is dealing with ensure not a store of any reputation being they keep shutting stores down. I went to Whitehall store to find out they closed down moved to Easton. I live in phoenixville and Easton was too far finding out that store is closing down too as well as the store in Bethlehem. this is all hearsay from what was told I would just say to investigate it yourself keep in mind what you're paying for might look a chocolate bar on the rapper inside you never know what to expect. just to let you know why I'm leaving a detailed review is because the owner cares less that his employees looks at kids walking around the store as if they were thieves stalking them, 12 and 14 years old what are they going to steal?

Our salesperson was pleasant and worked with us on pricing, but he set delivery expectations that ultimately were not realistic. Before making the purchase, I explained that another furniture store could deliver much sooner. Based on the delivery timeframe I was given, I chose to purchase from Raymour & Flanigan. Had I known it would take until June 12 to receive my complete order, I would have purchased elsewhere. I purchased my living room furniture on April 27 and was told I would receive a call on May 3 to schedule delivery. That call never came. From that point forward, I had to repeatedly contact the store because no one communicated with me proactively. Throughout the process, I was given conflicting information about what was in stock, what was delayed, and when I could expect delivery. I was repeatedly told the missing pieces would be available "next week," which is why I continued to wait instead of canceling my order. Then, without any prior notice from the store, I received a call from the delivery driver telling me he would be at my house in 10 minutes. I wasn't even aware a delivery had been scheduled, and only part of my order arrived. We had just moved into our new home and had family and friends coming over. Instead of enjoying the living room furniture we had purchased, we were using camping furniture because our order was still incomplete. As the weeks went on, I repeatedly requested that a Sales Manager contact me. I was assured multiple times that a manager would call. No one ever did. After numerous phone calls and text messages, I was still left chasing updates and trying to determine what pieces were actually available. I understand that supply chain delays happen. What I don't understand is why customers are given unrealistic delivery expectations, inconsistent information, and then left without communication when those expectations aren't met. Honest communication goes a long way. The furniture itself deserves five stars. Unfortunately, the customer service, communication, delivery coordination, and lack of management follow-through overshadowed the quality of the product. When customers spend thousands of dollars on furniture, they deserve accurate expectations, proactive communication, and management that stands behind the sale. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Raymour & Flanigan Whitehall location.

    We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. All dimensions of the sofa were clearly…read moredelineated on the order form, carefully reviewed by Sheffield, and signed off by Sheffield and us. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.
