We received the product on Wednesday and began the process of installing the pergola cover. I called Johnny a few times to help with a couple items, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. It did take much longer than expected, but that was due to suppliers not having the material. The owner went far beyond what was expected to ensure that our pergola worked perfectly and he did many more things to give us what we wanted. I was frustrated at first because of how long it took to receive the materials, but after my experience, I would not recommend anyone else other than Miami Pergolas. I have rarely seen a company stay multiple days until 2 am to work on a project. If you want a quality Pergola that will last a lifetime, this is your company.
