I used T&S Roofing for my 17 sq shingle roof and the experience couldn't have been better. They explained everything up front and set the proper expectations. I had the materials delivered and the crew was onsite the very next day. They worked quickly and efficiently, with on site supervision. They explained the inspection process and all three inspections passed without an issue. I'm glad to report that my roof was done in time to meet my insurance deadline. I would like to start this review by saying that my husband and I had the great fortune of hiring T&S Roofing Systems. In 2018, we met with Maycol Delgado because we were thinking about re-roofing our home. Maycol really impressed us with his presentation, he thoroughly went through every single step of their process, and listened to our concerns answering every single question. A few years passed and Maycol kept in touch with us. Finally in 2020, we were able to move forward with this enormous project, and frankly we were petrified that the experience would be stressful and taxing to our family life, especially since my husband and I are working from home due to Covid-19. Even though Maycol had gone point by point on what to expect, we were still very apprehensive of having our property in chaos while the roof job was completed. On day one, we had the a crew show up and we noticed that our pool was completely covered with a tarp protecting its surface. The crew worked tirelessly until evening. What shocked my husband and I was how at the end of the day, there was a completely detailed cleanup of properly. That evening, we stood outside and could not believe that anyone had been at our home. I even saw a worker carefully clean our outdoor furniture and coffee table. This kind of professionalism and attention to detail continued daily as we watched in amazement at these gentlemen work long hours. Each and every one of them was courteous when we spoke to them. Jorge, our project manager was in constant communication with us and was always available whenever a question came-up. Roberto was also available whenever we needed him. Rafael was also instrumental in this project. Maycol stopped by the house several times to check up on the progress. What an incredible group of professionals! Our roof passed every inspection without a glitch, and the work was completed on time. We are so happy and excited with the way our home looks with our beautiful new roof, but we are even happier with the entire experience. Be very careful with this company. Slick salesman, but when you read their contract, very one-sided. If you ask to change any provision to make it remotely fair to the owner, they tell you their lawyer won't allow any changes. Plus they refused to provide their warranty before signing the contract. Again, be very very careful on working with this group. As a result of being very unfair in their contract, I refused to hire them as a roofer. read more

TS roofing did a good job on my new metal roof.

T&S did an amazing job re-roofing our house with metal. It wasn't an easy job... built in the 1940's, for the last 25 years the only thing keeping our old concrete tile roof waterproof was a thick coat of mastic paint. We obtained quotes from three contractors and two roofing companies. T&S wasn't the least expensive, but they presented the most complete solution and the least uncertainty at the outset. T&S worked with us on the initial quote to increase our wood allowance, which ended up being a good decision that kept the project on budget and on time. It was incredible to watch their expert repair of the tongue and groove roof deck. They also installed hurricane strapping around the entire roof. We signed the contract in late August. The company immediately pulled the permit with the city. Because of materials and crew availability, work began on December 4. Three days later the repairs, hurricane straps, and underlayment were all finished and the initial city inspections were complete. On January 9 the metal panel fabrication happened in our front yard. By the 17th the in-process inspection passed, and the job was finished on January 19! The job was done very professionally, and even with our complex and old roof, the work went very smoothly. In the end we have a couple things we would have changed... first: we had no idea how much debris would be swept/blown off the roof, and we definitely would have put some tarps down around some key areas to contain that and prevent it from getting into the A/C compressor and elsewhere... we're still picking up buckets of small debris; the cleanup by T&S was only of large stuff, even though we asked several times for more clean-up of the small stuff. Second: we didn't think to specify the wood quality to be used for the visible fascia... its a rougher grade than we would have chosen if given a choice. We also were concerned when the metal was fabricated on site and stacked in the front yard awaiting installation. I was worried all that shiny metal would walk. So I camouflaged it with sand-colored tarps to match the driveway and not attract attention from passers by. I won't say that communication was completely seamless... there were frustrating moments when contact people changed with each stage of the job, and times when we wondered if the project manager seemed unfamiliar with contract details. Even though I had requested plenty of prior notice (several days) on job stages, opportunities to begin a next stage of work were often presented a day or less in advance. Overall these are relatively minor things; I've only included them to give an idea of the things anyone undertaking a roof project should consider at the start. It's probably futile to assume you'll have any control or reasonable notification of a schedule, for instance. I was, however, very impressed with T&S's communication with the city permit office.. they didn't skip a beat, and inspections were often completed the same day or the next day when a work phase finished. T&S did think of almost everything. It's amazing how detailed and how many aspects needed to be coordinated. In the end T&S did a wonderful job, all inspections were passed swiftly, and the roof is performing perfectly. The work crews were incredibly dedicated and detail-oriented... particularly the final metal finish crew. This company makes lots of promises at the sales consultation but heaven forbid you need to contact them for any reason and they go dark. We used them through the Miami Dade PACE program managed by YGreene, and if it wasn't because of YGreene's leverage, they would never respond to address issues. My mom signed the contract to have her entire roof and eaves replaced. Because of COVID she asked that the project be delayed 3 months. At this point the company was in constant contact trying to get her to move forward with the project. When she was finally ready to do the project they dragged their feet. A start date was agreed to and after time off was requested, they changed the date unilaterally and without explanation. 3 days of PTO wasted. When the project was finally started, the construction team insisted the eaves were not included despite them being listed on the contract. After fighting with T&S they finally got the construction crew to do the replacement. The contract implicitly included 3 sheets of plywood to be replaced on the roof and any extra would be charged on top of the initial quote. After the roof was done, the amount of surplus material including 6 extra sheets of plywood were thrown haphazardly into the garbage heap along with a bunch of tar bricks, roof tiles, and flashings. We're still waiting to find out what the charges on that will be. The eaves were not completed at the same time as the roof. It took weeks of trying to get in contact with the foreman, sales rep, and main office to get them to show up to finish the project. Many times they promised to return our calls by a certain date and often missed these deadlines leaving us in the dark as to the progress or schedule. When they finally showed up to complete the eaves, there was again a discrepancy in what the crew believed the scope of the work was and what was in the contract which resulted in more arguing. Unsurprisingly, the eaves work is super shoddy with huge gaps between pieces of wood and edges. Fast forward another 3 weeks without hearing from the company and unable to contact them we then come to find out that the roof failed county inspection. We only found this out because we had to contact the county ourselves. Still no responses on behalf of the company. Avoid this company. read more

Hired them in March, still dealing with them in September. Communication on their part has been awful. I can't express that enough! Read it again...COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART IS AWFUL. I hired them in March. They forgot about my property and it wasn't until I called in late April that they remembered me. Throughout the process, getting information from them was VERY difficult. They would not show up to work and not call to inform me. Then they would show up without letting us know. Job wasn't completed until JUNE and they were hired in March! They pulled two permits on my property. One is still open and will expire soon. I have received letters from the county stating that they need to close it. I have spent the last week trying to contact ANYONE at T&S. NO ONE responds. They are now sending my calls to voicemail and not answering text messages. A elder neighbor of mine made the mistake of hiring them in June (without asking us if we would recommend them...we would have told her NO) they haven't even started on her roof. If I can save ONE person from this nightmare, I would be happy. read more

T&S took ownership of roof leak at my house. They bent over backwards to make sure they fixed the leak promptly and paid for all repairs to my rug and ceiling caused by the roof leak. They stand by their work and I would not hesitate to use them again for my roof replacement! read more

Horrible experience with T&S. Took months and months to get a work date assigned for my property. They failed to clean/ pickup all the nails and debris from the demolition. Was promised tong/groove roof and the workers wanted to replace the damaged wood with plywood. The manager never showed himself to the worksite, the workers were all wondering around, when I reached out to him, his reply "I'm busy in a meeting". Upon returning from work there was "one" employee putting the shingles, was getting late and was working like a wild maniac. The Project Manager never showed to the work site to inspect their standards. Most important: unbeknownst to me, T&S put a Lean on my house in case I didn't pay the service. I had paid cash in full prior to the start of the project. Poor communications amongst there staff and poor communication to the customers. I will NOT recommend T&S to anyone. read more

The most expensive roof repair ever! One roofer, one helper: $6.60 per MINUTE! I had a leak at one of the roof/bathroom vents. T&S send Carlos V. to give a repair estimate. He inspected the roof from the attic, and gave me written estimate of $1,700.00 He told me it would be quite a job, take one day, require to replace plywood in a 5' x 5' area, remove and replace the old roofing. The repair team would take photos of each repair step and in the end I would have a great repaired roof with 12 month warranty. I hired him on the spot because he was nice and seemed very professional 2 days later, a Thursday, T&S showed up with 2 people to do the work. After 2 hours and 15 minutes they left, but they had worked on a vent that had no problem. I had send within 15 minutes of them starting the repair a text to Carlos, pointing out that his team seemed to be working on the wrong vent, asking him to make sure that they are working on the right vent. He responded within 10 minutes that he would. Later I asked also to make sure that the T&S team would do the repair as discussed, as it looked to me all they were doing was patchwork. After the T&S team left I contacted Carlos again, letting him know that the team had left after 2 hours and 15 minutes, no wood was replaced and that I had the impression that the wrong vent was worked on. I asked for the photos of the repair and a detailed invoice, because $1700 for a 2.25 hour repair job seemed excessive. I also placed a call to T&S office, leaving a message for the general manager or owner to call me. NOBODY bothered to call me that day. Carlos responded next day by text that he would send my request to Operations. By Friday afternoon I still had not gotten any call back or the photos. I pointed out that if nobody will address my concerns I will have to cancel the payments. On Saturday Carlos did send a text, letting me know that on Monday I would receive the pictures and invoice., but for the time being he send some photos of the repair. The photos showed clearly that the wrong vent had been worked at. On Monday morning at 7.30 am I received an email from Josephs E. with the photos and the invoice for the work. I responded with their own pictures that the wrong vent had been worked on, and asked for a call by noon. NO CALL back At 1pm I call T&S again, leaving another message with Julia for Josephs E. requesting a call back. NO RESPONSE On Tuesday T&S Roofing finally contacts me to reschedule the repair, I have a conversation with Josephs E. about the pricing too, explaining to him that the labor cost of $1,700.00 for a 2.25 hour repair job is very excessive. His final response was that T&S does not calculate their pricing by labor and material cost, but rather by the SHAPE of the work ??????? On Wednesday the same T&S repair team showed up at 8am. Within minutes Josephs calls, letting me know that the roofer on the job let him know that the vent they repaired the first time around was the one that needed repairs, but out of the goodness of their hearts they would repair the other vent too. This time the repair took 4 hours, plywood was exchanged, the wood showed water damage. T&S spend a maximum of $100 on materials. That leaves $1,600 for the 4 hours the repair required, $400 per hour or $6.60 per minute. My request for explanation of the price charged for the repair with Josephs turned more and more bizarre : His reasoning included lines like: T&S gives a warranty, I should be happy that I got a second Vent worked at for free, their company came to do the repair within 2 days..... I asked again to receive a call from the general manager. I got to talk to the Marketing Manager, Alexandria A. Her try to explain the price was even stranger: T&S does not calculate their prices by cost of Labor and cost of Material. The time factor has absolutely no influence on the price. T&S charges by the Scope of work. T&S estimators are not roofers and not necessarily familiar with the volume of work required for the repair, so the estimate must include a cushion for T&S T&S charges premium prices for the peace of mind that comes with the one year warranty. T&S is not a PIRATE ROOFER, who will give a low estimate and screw the customer. If I wanted to pay by the hour I should have said so at the time of the estimate. And so on...... I need to point out that during our phone conversation I repeated all the above statements to Alexandria for accuracy of my review. She accused me instantly of trying to get a discount by threatening with a review. I never asked for a discount, I asked for a fair, transparent price. In the end I paid their price - it is not worth it too me to take them to court, lawyers cost $400/hour too. But you should be very careful dealing with them. read more

Sadly a terrible experience. When I originally called I was very happy. I met a T&S employee in our area and he gave me a card to call for an appointment. I called and the lady was nice (she could use some customer service training as she sounds too fake on the phone. Like she is trying to articulate a complex sentence but it sounds silly. Just be you) but anyway, she took all of our information to confirm our need and schedule an appointment for approximately two weeks out. Two weeks later and nothing. We were supposed to be called A day before to confirm and then 30-60 min before arrival to make sure we are home. They just did not show-up. No pre-calls. No calls "hey we need to cancel/reschedule" and no post calls of "hey sorry we could not make it". This happened to our friend too. If they are too busy or don't want business then don't make appointments. It's very poor service to leave your customers waiting in the dark. I would not recommend this place at all. I wrote a review about the horrible experience we had with the replacement of our roof. I see where Alexandria responded with some very challenging statements about our roof. Humorously, she stated our roof and the parapet walls were damaged by the previous roofer? Really, the parapet walls were in great condition and we had the roof and walls coated with a protective coating every two years. Our roof was quite old, (approximately 20 years) with no problems. If it was damaged by the previous roofer we would have known long before 20 years! Frankly, I find that silly. We replaced it to sell the home. Many don't understand what a parapet wall is but it actually protects the roof As all the sides are substantially higher than the roof itself. she never addresses the grave mistakes that were made, and always not in our favor. We NEVER received pictures of rotted wood as promised! we had to take their word that the $3000 Extra we had to pay was justified. This is a 30% increase over the original estimate! The mistakes in billing weren't addressed, me being called a liar wasn't addressed! The fact that the attorney called me to say I hadn't paid my Bill when I had. Good luck getting someone to call you back. I had an emergency situation and 5 calls in one day to them, nothing, no return call. I even told the person i'd wait on hold which I did for 10 mins. Terrible company. Their claim of caring about customer satisfaction is a scam, don't believe or trust a word they say. They just skipped the 3rd appointment I've scheduled with them to fix their work on the original roof replacement they did. No call, no notice, just didn't show up. Their warranty and maintenance team doesn't pick up the phone and all their voicemails are full. Even after scheduling and confirming this appointment with "the boss", they simply didn't show up. Don't ever use them: the work they do is low quality, their follow up customer service is terrible, and any sense of dignity or caring about their customers is non existent. Stay away. May... still missing one window. They have installed me the door, but they did not bring the proper door handles so they had to install the handle and lock from my old door. Left the door with huge gaps in between the walls and the new door were insects are coming inside my house. This is UNBELIEVABLE please do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company. It has been a nightmare. The owner of the company saying that is a global delay, I AM very aware about the delays. This is an issue with the manufacture they are working with almost a year to have my windows is unbelivable and to intall what they have the way they did is unacetable at this point I dont even want to pay for anything, it has been a nightmare. April and still no WINDOWS and they don't have a specific day when they will arrive and be able to put them. They were only able to put 4 windows after literally calling them every day and letting them know that I will file a complaint at Better Business Bureau. So, still waiting for the rest of the windows and door no clue when. I do not recommend this company to anybody. I signed two contracts last year in August, one for the roof and the other one for the windows. They had told me that in 3 months I will have the roof and windows getting installed because of the delay and they don't have the materials yet. I had agreed for 3 months, however, they kept pushing and pushing the days but with no communication at all. I was the one calling to find out about my project. Finally the roof was installed in December but basically because I was so on top of them they came to install it. I just hope the roof was installed properly because at this point I don't know what to believe. However, we are in March and I still don't have the windows. They made me cancel the contract for the window in November because "the vendor" they had for the windows was going to have the windows way to late for us. So, we signed a new contract to supposedly have the windows install by January and we are in March and no Windows, no idea when I will Get my windows. I have cancelled two inspections for my house for my Insurance because of them, my insurance went up and  here I am waiting with no answer about my windows. I don't know how many times I have to call, sometimes they don't even answer me at all.   In February they had told me that they were coming at the end of February, but they never did and not even a phone call to tell me that they were not coming. Monica is the person In charge of the project , I don't know how many times I have called her. She never has a clear answer for me, she always says she will find out for me and return my call but never do. Last week, she said the manager will give me a call, never did. I have had a lots of patience but at this point I'm very disappointed and I won't recommend this company to anybody. They don't even apologize or has empathy, instead they get upset at you because you need a clear answer about something that you are paying for it, and obviously you get upset about it and instead of giving you a solution they get upset at you. Where to begin, if I could give this company negative stars I would. I am also convinced a lot of these 4 star reviews are fake.  I signed the contract 07.02.21 Jorge my quality manager told me it would take 8 to 12 weeks for all the material to come in and the permit to be pulled, once the material was in 2 weeks for the project to be done.  He also told me they would not strip my roof unless they were ready to put the new one... LIE.  Jorge was nice in the beginning, but anyone will be nice to sell you a dream. My project should of been done 09.17.21 the latest end of September.  Also trying to get in touch with someone after you sign the contract is impossible. The communication is horrible, you would think spending 26k to 30k they would be willing to communicate and at least give updates. GOOD LUCK!  I get a text early October saying everything is in and they have the permit someone would call me to schedule a date for the house, 2 weeks later I had to call multiple times and finally got someone to schedule a date. I was told October 28th, I took off and no one showed up. I text Victor and he apologized but they schedule me for October 29th and I was going out town. I told them that was inconsiderate  give me the wrong date, taking off of work for nothing is annoying.    Halloween weeeknd they stripped my main roof and left the underlayment. The roofers left trash and so many tacks and nails around my yard and drive way. I thought someone was going to come within a day or two to pick up the mess and continue working. Negative!! I had to wait another two weeks after I text my project manager Gloria for an update. She said the contractors did not feel comfortable working on my patio, so we were waiting on a new crew. Why could I not get an update, I thought we were waiting on the city.   The company finally did my patio in a few days mid November.  However I am still finding nails and tacts.  Today is 12.06.21 I still have no roof for my house and I texted my project Manger Gloria 11.20.21 that I have water damage in my house.  I can tell on the ceiling due to all the rain we were getting and for someone to come out and tarp the house, to prevent further water damage.  17 days later no response,  Unbelievable.  I sent another text today 12.06.21 and called her, I voiced my concerns she said she will schedule someone to check the damage to find out what's going on and to see how much longer for my roof to be done.  (Mind you, my project Manger Jorge said my roof should be done 4 weeks ago, we are going on our 4th week.) I sent a text after the phone call have someone tarp the house today, she said they would do it.. Also, my project manager sent a text saying she has  been sending me invoices to verify my email, if that was true, she could of sent me a text or even called.  The whole process has been UNACCEPTABLE, SIX months later and my project is still not done. read more

So, if you're going to get subs on the job you might as well hire that company directly, Allied Roofing Be careful in dealing with these guys. You'll negotiate one thing and another will show up on your contract. Not to mention you'll discover that you have roofers who have been subbed out to do your job. Really not happy. We went into getting a new roof with eyes wide open, expecting surprises like rotted wood and things that needed to be changed once the old roof revealed what was underneath. We got several quotes but t&s seemed like the logical choice since we really liked the guy that came to the house and explained the options. We opted for the top notch roof we could get and were quoted $65k for a 4,000 square foot house. We signed the documents and work started about a month later. While the work was done well, a handful of expected plywood sheets needed replacing, but not many. The price ballooned to over $80k!!! We swallowed the bitter pill and went ahead anyways. Fast forward a month after the roof is done. We had the walls of the house stuccoed to the eaves, but the eaves were too short to meet the walls. This left a gap going directly into the attic of about 3-4 inches on two of the walls. The stucco guy told me that the roofer should have put in flashing or put in new eave boards that would meet the walls. I called them the next day and got no return call. I called again and spoke to Monica who asked me to text pictures to them, which I did. It took three weeks of reaching out to them to get it taken care of before they finally sent someone out to measure (who just climbed onto our roof that looks into our master bathroom, not knocking on the door to let us know first). A week later I return from vacation to find out what the status is, and was told that it would be an extra work order for $850!!! I was told that eaves are not part of the roof cost, and that the siding that was removed from the house caused the gaps. The siding was removed before the roof construction began, so it should have been accounted for, noticed, and in the very least added to the cost when the roof was being put on. After spending $80k on a roof that I cannot even have inspected to get my insurance lowered (the whole reason why we did this in the first place), you can't even make this part right? $15k over the original quote is crazy for the handful of boards that needed replacement anyways but to nickel and dime us for something that should have been made right from the beginning is inexcusable. Update: T & S came through. I have to give credit is due. They called me after this post, explained the bills, and offered to fix the problem. Problem was, I fixed it myself. They asked if there was anything they could do to make it alright. I had tiles broken by the stucco crew, so I asked if they could take care of that. They did. Not only did they, but they replaced 22 tiles. Won me over, and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

They used non treated wood for the facia boards and they didn't even properly installed it or even caulk the edges. Stay away from this company. All the negative reviews are accurate. I contracted with this company over a year ago. The sales consultation visit portrayed a company that has not lived up to the expectations. Someone else wrote about communications going dark after that initial visit. That's exactly what I've experienced for over a year. . I've had to consistently reach out week after week, month after month to get updates about the progress and status of start date. It's been one excuse after the other (permitting, COVID, no workers, delay in delivery of materials, etc). Not once has a project manager called to apologize for the delays or explain the process. I had to insist for an email with information about the install dates, details and payment process. They could barely do that. Then today they had the nerve to call me today to tell me that I didn't need to be upset. Offered no explanation, offered no apology, nor a discount. Nothing!!!!! Zero!!! They've had a deposit from us since last year in April and we have nothing to show for it. Our original date of install which was confirmed two months ago was cancelled two days before the date. They apparently thought that was acceptable. Mayelis has done her best to communicate with me but she is clearly hindered by the incompetence of this company that is mismanaged and needs several courses in customer service and customer satisfaction. If I could get out of this contract I would. We're going to get a nice explanation from the person that monitors this site but honestly nothing will be further from the truth. Avoid this company, save yourself the heartache. They're not concerned about your inconvenience. Their apologies in a public forum are going to be a little too late. read more

They were fixing the neighbors roof next-door and broke our fence three weeks ago and have claimed that they were going to come back and fix it and have yet to respond. If they're not reliable for that then they certainly must not be reliable for fixing a roof. read more

The "going dark" comments noted frequently sum up well my experience. I made arrangements with my tenant to give the estimator access to the house for replacement of the patio flat roof. He inspected the property, but never provided an estimate. I contacted him weeks later and he said the owner wasn't interested unless I replaced the entire roof (the pitched roof has many years of life left). I called and spoke to the receptionist who was very pleasant and set an appointment within 2 days. The roofer Carlos showed up on time and performed an inspection for repairs on a commercial property. He told me that he would return the following day to perform a core sample on the roof and would contact me within a few days. I provide him with all of my contact information but he never got back to me. I contacted them 10 days after the inspection, and they transferred me to Joseph who is the person in charge of repairs. He looked into this matter and advised me that they could not do repairs on that roof and that it needed to be re-roofed. I asked him to please send that information to me via email so I may inform the Landlord and let him know that the roof may need replacing. But he never sent me anything. So, the following day I called again and asked for Carlos' s phone number. I called Carlos an left a voice mail asking him to send me an email of his inspection to inform the Landlord and then I would need him to provide me with new proposal for re-roofing, but he never called me back. I guess they are too busy and don't need the business. I was disappointed because I had read some good recommendations about them. As a property manager I hate having to chase people down to give them work. What a waste of my time for me and their company as well. What is the purpose of sending people out if they are not going to provide you with a proposal? Don't waste your valuable time dealing with these folks. read more

This company was great from start to finish. The guy Daniel that originally came out to do the estimate at our building was super professional and super friendly. The estimate came back very fair, we ended up going with the white roof (more energy efficient and gives us a rebate with Florida Power & Light). Although it did take them a little longer than originally stated, due to pulling the permits with the city, etc. once they got started, it was a relatively smooth process. Now our building has a new roof (it even sounds so quiet now when it rains), no more leaks, it is guaranteed for many years to come and our main contact, Troy was extremely helpful. Based on my experience with the company and the employees I dealt with, I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. The employee who gave me the estimate was very nice and gave me a very fair estimate to repair 2 roof leaks. A few weeks later, 2 of their crew came by to fix the problem areas. They too were polite, professional, and were on time. Upon request, they provided me with detailed info about the problem and the steps they took to fix the issues. They cleaned up after themselves and the repaired area looks good. The day after they fixed my roof there was a heavy rainstorm in my area - the roof no longer leaked! read more

NOBODY SHOWED UP after 3 appointment confirmations ! I waited for 3 hours! I did not go to work waiting for them! NO WAY I CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY. I requested 2 estimates :repair and replacement of the roof, and SAME DAY of the appointment, after waiting for 3 hours I had to call the person who supposed to do the estimate, Leonel who told me he did not do estimates for roof repairs, that that somebody (Johnny) from the company should had called me to tell me that . WHAT? I called the company and talked to Natalia, explained my frustration and later that day I got a called from a supervisor Lexie, who promised me to call me back to resolve this unacceptable behavior. still waiting, NEVER CALLED ME BACK ! Did repair work. Paid top dollar. 6mo warranty. Before 6 mo roof leaking same area. Sent someone out that said oh no leak, it's your insulation and duct work. Duct specialist came in and said absolutely not, replaced ducts from recent leak. With the past heavy rains and flooding, water now leaking in house. Communication the worst. Called warranty department and 4 days later received a call after numerous calls. No thank you! The worst. No trust in this company. read more

Current customer. Signed contract Feb 2018. Partial tear off began 12 weeks later on May 11, 2018. Nobody back since. Water intrusion on all vent pipes and water spots on ceiling inside. Called their "Active Leak Number" during re-roof process and nothing. If you need a new roof, stay away from this company. I will continue to update this review until I get my final inspection. I did get a response from the "Active Leak Number", two roofers responded and installed the tarp that had been delivered at the tear off stage but was sitting on the roof in its original packaging. I called T&S Roofing to get an estimate on a my roof because there was leaking in my house following the big downpour from a few weeks ago! An advisor Jorge, came to my house and basically told me I needed a new roof. He gave me a ball park price and I asked him an exact written estimate, he told me to give him a few days and he would email me the estimate. That was almost 3 weeks ago! In the mean time I received estimates from other companies, but decided to call yesterday and ask why I was never sent anything or contacted? After all I did take their name in the top picks Miami Dade book! The lady on the phone told me that the person in charge would call me back shortly. A day later I'm still waiting!! After calling and meeting with different roofers, we settled on T&S because they were quick to respond, were punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. We did a re-roof on our 1950's home and chose the TPO system. Every stage of the project was handled smoothly and seamlessly...no surprises, ever!
