It's very similar to the one we had in Maryland but easier to operate. Both were very professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions and told us about any options we may be interested in the future, such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and an annual maintenance agreement where we can save money with the plan (such as no-fee service calls). The company is in Fayetteville but they have a location in Wilmington. Overall, highly recommend this company for a home security system.

We called this office after using the Fayetteville, NC team for years and on several homes. The customer service and knowledge shared is excellent. Our sales consultant Sheila was wonderful. She went out of her way to meet with us, offer good advisory and to make sure the install occurred even in our absence. Josh the technician went out of his way to install items in the locations preferred by wife and to make sure that we were happy / the system was operating appropriately. Rarely do you find a business of this size that has consistency in quality customer service, quality people and exceeds expectations every time.
