Alex provided all information I needed for HOA to quickly approve the project, and once approved I was quickly added to his schedule. They were timely, clean, and the end result great! This company has for a while put forth high quality work. Unfortunately, over the past three weeks…read moretheir product has destroyed my faith in their ability to properly take care of my lawn care needs. This started on August 9th when after I returned from work I came how to find the sign that my lawn treatment company had placed in my lawn had been shredded into my lawn and left there. I did not bring this to the attention of the ownership as this was the first issue I had with this company. On August 16th they again serviced my lawn. Upon inspection I noticed that the lawn was uncut, the lawn was rounded off at the corners in the rear of the property, and the property line was cut in a zig zag pattern. I brought this to the attention of the ownership who apologized and came out that Sunday to correct the problem. Today August 23rd I experienced the same issues with the property line and the rounding off of the cut in the rear of the property. Both of these issues I was assured were corrected and would not happen again. On their website it states that one of the reasons you should choose them is because "Many companies have poor communication skills, try to rope you into contracts for services you do not need, say they are coming to service your lawn and never show up, or simply mow and go, with no concern for the quality of the job they have done." Unfortunately, this "Mow and go" way of business has been used on my property for three weeks running and has led to the cancelling of my service.

The company is great the first time they do your yard, they really go above and beyond to do…read moreeverything correctly but it is just a con. It's the classic bait and switch. Starting from the very second time they cut my yard problem started. My yard has been cut too low and I have dead areas as a result. They don't pick up Moss and leave it everywhere. The worst part about the company is there is absolutely zero communication. You can call them 5 times, leave 5 messages and they will not respond. In the unlikely event that you actually do get to speak to someone, they will sound very sympathetic to your problems and promise to address everything but not one thing will be done. And forget about asking them to do anything extra like fertilize or spray because that won't happen. I've been waiting for months for them to come out and give me a quote on sodding and mulching to no avail. They continue to repeatedly tell me every time I speak to them that they're going to come out and give me a quote but it never happens. After this final job they did for me I've just had it with this company.
