Had an attic access cut into the ceiling among other things. So you've got sheet-rock dust, saw dust and countless other residues that inevitably happen. After contacting him he told me he doesn't warranty parts he hasn't purchased, which is ridiculous as the parts are not the problem. I need to hire another contractor to fix the existing problems.
