We've only done business here one time buying a used vehicle, but I won't be returning. We've had…read morenumerous issues with the vehicle, two of which were pointed out immediately on the test drive but were shrugged off by the service manager and salesman. They offered to make one of the repairs (a bad window seal), but we live two hours away and bringing the car back wasn't really a viable option for a quick repair. They offered to pay for that repair so we could have it done locally. We still haven't seen a refund on that repair that we paid for. The other issue we had was a screeching/squealing coming from the front end that we pointed out on the test drive. After they inspected it again, they assured us it was just "ceramic brake pads rubbing slightly on the rotors". It was not the brake pads, but in fact the drivers front wheel bearing/hub assembly. This issue was evident upon initial inspection by my wife and I, but yet this vehicle passed through their shop and was allowed to be put up for sale and sold. A wheel bearing is a fairly serious safety concern, but that is of no consequence to McKinsey Ford. I've notified the salesman and have yet to receive a response. Small, home town feel for a Ford Dealership, but shady practices when it comes to preparing a pre-owned vehicle. I will NOT recommend McKinsey Ford until they make an effort to right these issues. They've gotten their money and wiped their hands of the situation in afraid. Edit: Also found out today that this vehicle had a bad Sync module causing the Navigation radio not to work properly and the USB ports to be dead. Software could not be updated and a new module had to be installed in the console in order to restore function. There's another $500 in repairs. Thanks, McKinsey Motors!

I went in and got services and after the whole ordeal was over I was charged a lot more than expected and in fact I was charged $700 over the SF CA Price for the same service ( Meaning I was Gouged being i am not from OK) so I did not find this out until after and thinking i was getting work I thought i needed, I actually did not. I went to a shop 2 x after this location and 1 x before and each of the 3 shops proved there were no codes. This means I was lied to, and I got unnecessary work done. I reported this to the AAA and to the BAR and I will also attach the proof of the over charge from Oklahoma compared to the CA estimate. Although a Service was done with Smiles, I was still pretty much overcharged, paying $1093.00 plus some change.

I called this dealership since I was about 10-15 minutes away from it right when they were going to close. They said they wouldn't be able to fix it, but they can definitely take a look at it at least prior to closing. My vehicle died (engine issue) in their parking lot as I turned into the driveway. They were able to get it into the service bay, gave me all the advice they could considering I had to keep going and they couldn't get the parts I needed for at least a few weeks. Recommended I go to a tow service they work with and as I was about to follow one of the employees of the lot, my vehicle turned off again unfortunately for good. The whole team came out and pushed my vehicle back into a parking stop on their lot. Thanks to their help and guidance I was able to get back on the road the next day. Briefly spoke to our sales person and confirmed we had a free service. I go to pick up the Expedition and I'm charged full price for the service. I ask the guy in charge of the shop and he gets heated really fast if there isn't a physical coupon no free service. He even made the lady that was checking me out uncomfortable. I don't care that I had to pay for the service but the managers reaction was ludicrous and our salesperson didn't follow through. Say what you mean and follow through.

Haines Wrecker (excellent service, very friendly and helpful) towed car to next town over to Larry's. This was on a weekend. We rent3ed a car and kept going, called Larry Mon am. He looked at it and found the problem (right front drive shaft), ordered part and had it fixed by the time we drove back through Elk City on our way back home. Never met him, handled everything over the phone - car was fixed perfectly, for a reasonable price, and he made sure it was ready for us. Outstanding service and we never even met (picked up the car late at night).
