My own auto insurance coverage, The General, made everything ao much more painful and unnecessary than needed to be and i was very much feeling lost with this horrible experience. By word of mouth, I heard that Shannon's shop did amazing and has been going strong for years on years and that theres never been a known complaint about the way they conduct business, treat you like a human being, I felt heard and understood, and i felt that they took extra steps to communicate that in a way that i could appreciate. I can say that they were the light in my dark situation and I'm definitely a fan. I never EVER felt like they weren't giving 1000% to put me first, from Valerie at the front desk whos stayed after hours several times just to make sure she got the customers concerns documented recorded and contacted, to her family and Shannon who was nothing short of personable relatable and forthcoming, to those behind them that work their magic to bring it together. I felt nothing short of comfortable and well taken care of. They completely changed my experience of what I was currently going through and now I'm also a fan for life. Recommend you do business here!…read more I didn't purchase a vehicle, but I received the most helpful customer service in a time of need. I broke down during a cross country trip. I called this dealership since I was about 10-15 minutes away from it right when they were going to close. They said they wouldn't be able to fix it, but they can definitely take a look at it at least prior to closing. My vehicle died (engine issue) in their parking lot as I turned into the driveway. They were able to get it into the service bay, gave me all the advice they could considering I had to keep going and they couldn't get the parts I needed for at least a few weeks. Recommended I go to a tow service they work with and as I was about to follow one of the employees of the lot, my vehicle turned off again unfortunately for good. The whole team came out and pushed my vehicle back into a parking stop on their lot. Thanks to their help and guidance I was able to get back on the road the next day. Thank you, I really appreciate it. I was in need of help and you guys went above in beyond

We've only done business here one time buying a used vehicle, but I won't be returning. We've had…read morenumerous issues with the vehicle, two of which were pointed out immediately on the test drive but were shrugged off by the service manager and salesman. They offered to make one of the repairs (a bad window seal), but we live two hours away and bringing the car back wasn't really a viable option for a quick repair. They offered to pay for that repair so we could have it done locally. We still haven't seen a refund on that repair that we paid for. The other issue we had was a screeching/squealing coming from the front end that we pointed out on the test drive. After they inspected it again, they assured us it was just "ceramic brake pads rubbing slightly on the rotors". It was not the brake pads, but in fact the drivers front wheel bearing/hub assembly. This issue was evident upon initial inspection by my wife and I, but yet this vehicle passed through their shop and was allowed to be put up for sale and sold. A wheel bearing is a fairly serious safety concern, but that is of no consequence to McKinsey Ford. I've notified the salesman and have yet to receive a response. Small, home town feel for a Ford Dealership, but shady practices when it comes to preparing a pre-owned vehicle. I will NOT recommend McKinsey Ford until they make an effort to right these issues. They've gotten their money and wiped their hands of the situation in afraid. Edit: Also found out today that this vehicle had a bad Sync module causing the Navigation radio not to work properly and the USB ports to be dead. Software could not be updated and a new module had to be installed in the console in order to restore function. There's another $500 in repairs. Thanks, McKinsey Motors!

After deciding that I needed to make my way from highway 81 to I40, I struck paydirt with Matts RV Sales service and parts. I've been with my husband for 31 years and had never met anyone who knows everything about their industry like my husband does, UNTIL MATT! Are you freaking kidding me? He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it before he even stepped near our rig. I am so impressed with his work ethic, customer service and kindness that we have decided on our way back, we will contact Matt and have him do the work on our rig that Leachs failed to do as well as create problems for us by not doing what they were paid to do.
