This is the kind of place your stylish, arty, fashionable aunt would shop. The one who looks a little younger than she really is, who holds art exhibitions and skews a little eastern on the house decor. So they have tons of cool stuff, cut for more mature bodies and that veers to conservative with higher necklines and long sleeves. They've also got quite the collection of higher-end jeans. Anyways, as with all places like this, there is always something to find for us younger gals. Some of their pieces are ageless, timeless and always gorgeous. Their prices do run in the moderate to high range, but some of this stuff will last you for years!

I follow them on Instagram to see what new arrivals they have and the shop owner is the sweetest person, always quick to respond, provide details and help you out with your shopping. The shop is in a cute old house and sometimes the bring in other local makers that you can shop as well. I've picked up some cute earrings, a sign for my kitchen and some gifts from them.

Reitmans is kinda like a mix between Suzy Shier and Fairweather, but their clothes are more conservative and plain. The prices are reasonable and the service is fine, but I personally don't love their selection. I can never find anything I love here. I did however find a super cute pair of slippers for my friend while I was perusing the store. I ended up leaving with the slippers and a gift card. Overall, Reitmans is an A-OK store. It's not one of my favourites, but I can appreciate the appeal nonetheless.

I know... strange - but true. I have been shopping here for years, and in recent months Rhoda's has EXPANDED. Yay! Double the shopping space now. Oodles of clothes, shoes, jewellery, handbags, scarves, and belts to browse through. It's always well-maintained according to size and colour, and styles of clothes. Some of my absolute favourite pieces of jewellery and clothes come from this place. The staff has always been pleasant. Consignment prices are reasonable, and they also have a 50% off rack as well.
