Very Good place to get Water refilled right away. Place is quiet and parking for customer was convenient. Price of the water per gallon is very affordable in price compare to other water station. Refilling station are clean and easy to access with cash coins too. Did not experience yet about not returning my change. Honestly, it's not too much to say. You can go in, fill your own jugs, pay, and go home. There is filtered water and alkaline water. Alkaline water costs a bot more than filtered water. For 15 gallons, it's about $13.00. That's not bad. The hours could extend past 5 PM due to people having to work. It's still a good place to go. read more

My wife and I went to this location to get water and 5 gallon containers for our new water dispenser. We talked with Stan (who is only there on Mondays) about the different water types that they sell. He showed us the water processing equipment and what the difference was. To see 'positive' words actually on the holding tanks is special as positive words affect the water. We decided on alkaline water for the jugs we purchased. I personally believe that no disease or internal infection can survive if you change your body by drinking alkalized water. Now, I had pain in my right kidney that totally disappeared after just 3 days of drinking alkalized water. I will never drink any other type of water after this experience. When you pay with a prepaid card $20 you can choose between Alkaline and/or purified water. Today we were told we only pay for Purified when I've always have got Alkaline Water. I pay the prepaid $20 so I have no idea what the problem is today. read more

Unfortunately this is the only close water store to my house but there reverse osmosis system tastes terrible, they claim everything is all stainless steel but then when you ask to see the tanks they refuse to let you see it, every place I've went to that claims all stainless steel love to show it off and let you see their system. I recommend not driving out of your way to go here. read more

Update: 10/4/22 So, I wrote a previous review stating that the water tasty dirty like tap water, and I have to update this because my husband had gotten the water from the Walmart water machine and not this store, on the review I had posted. I went into the EC water store again recently and the owner recognized my name from the review and went out of her way to show me the purification equipment they use, and also did a water test in front of me with tap water and the R/O water, and EC water was extremely pure and clean compared to the tap water. So, this store doesn't sell tap water and their water is of good, clean quality and I am now a regular customer at EC. They have great prices and great tasting water that is purified and healthy. I'm so sorry for the mixup when I posted the last review, I should have been certain of where my husband had gotten the water and not assumed that it was here. Anyhow, I highly recommend this water store and if you have any doubts, just ask the owner to test the water in front of you and/or to see their equipment and they'll be happy to show you how their water is purified! One new year resolution I had was to consume atleast a gallon of water a day. Not only do I want to be properly hydrated (esp. out here in the desert) I have been meaning to start drinking more alkaline water but I just never really got around to actually making the effort to change. The other day I drove by the water store (in a shopping center between Star Nursery and Taco Bell) and decided to drop in. I am so glad I did! I was greeted by Steve who is very personable and knowledgeable of his products and it's impact on people and the community health wise. Steve answered all my questions and showed me a tour of how the water is filtered and the systems he has in place to remain green. The store has containers (gallon, 5 gallon and 7 gallon) and some ceramic water dispensers which if purchased, gets filled with water for free. That's a great deal since I bought a 7 gallon container with a spigot for convenience...actually I looked up the container on Amazon and Steve sold it for a cheaper price AND filled it with alkaline water ftw! Did I mention first time customers get a gallon of water free...bomb! I walked out purchasing a 7 gallon container which Steve pressure cleaned and assembled making sure it was leak proof, filled with alkaline water and gave me another gallon container with alkaline water free! What a bargain. You can also pre-purchase a $20 card and get $25 credit of water even bringing down the cost of water (alkaline or purified) making each drink that much more satisfying. It's funny because when I got home I could not stop drinking the water and I managed to drink a gallon before bed. Today I have already drank a half gallon unintentionally whereas before I would have had maybe a glass or 2 if that. Do yourself a favor and check this place out and support local small business. If you aren't getting water from here, what the heck are you waiting for?! I always get alkaline water from here and have never had a problem. We fill up around 19 gallons biweekly (vegas heat right) and for a reasonable price! We used to use the self-service kiosk which is nice and convenient if they're closed, but if you can, GO INSIDE! You'll meet the owner, Steve. He is such a down to earth, friendly, and helpful person. You get the "in-store training" of how to properly use the water dispensers and learn a few productivity tricks because when you have 6 jugs to fill, you don't want to be the one hogging the whole place! Pay in cash if you can as well, it helps him out and it's a little cheaper without the fees of the card. I'm moving farther away from here, but I don't mind the drive to have quality water along with exceptional customer service. read more

I have little ones that usually accompany me here, and the owner runs out to meet us with a cart when possible, helps fill the jugs, and always helps us to load the jugs into the car afterward. Besides the five-star treatment we receive, the water tastes amazing (especially the alkaline!). I have found that I'm drinking way more now. The prices are great too.
