The WORST!!! I spent over $7,500 and the only thing I got was a temporary deferment which I found out I could have done myself for next to nothing. When the deferment was about to expire, my numerous calls, emails and texts went unanswered. This caused my deferment to expire and put me back into a collection status - a complete NIGHTMARE. I was forced to hire another tax firm where paid another several thousand dollars (though way below the $7,500 charged by ECS). The new firm actually got my tax situation resolved. They submitted my installment agreement with the IRS that comes to finds out very easy to complete. It's been about 10 months and this is all they have done. Do yourself a favor and do it yourself. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We paid over $3000 for ECG to help us. While we did get a settlement with the IRS we decided to have them file our 22 taxes. We paid another close to $500 for this and they told us if we owed again it would all roll to together. Come to find out this is false and they want us to pay even more money to have them add the additional owing to the current settlement. if we don't pay and they file our taxes for 2022 then our settlement will be voided and we'll have to start all the way over. If this had been told to us from the beginning, we would have been fine but Anna was adamant that it would all roll together and we would be fine. If they cannot own up to their mistake of giving bad info and fix our settlement without additional charges, I will be filing a formal complaint with the state of California. Also, maybe return calls and emails. It's been over a month and my husband only got a call today because he left a bad review.
