When I worked on Med Surgical floor at Hillcrest, I saw his patients having excellent outcomes. He checked promptly on his patients post op. Glad he is in CCF network. Last week he saw my 8 year old son at Macedonia location, he put him at ease and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The front desk ladies were not warm at all. After waiting for 40 min, they didn't offer to put TV on or paper & pen to my 8 year old who was moving around bored waiting to see the Dr. The receptionist didn't have a smile on her face, she looked tense! I will still keep seeing Dr Brown and recommend him without reservation to all friends and patients looking for a competent ENT specialist. He is one of the best in town.

As a pharmacist, I can tell instantly when people make shit up about medications or just look it up right before they walk back into the room. Dr. Lipold might know more than I do about drugs. She probably paid better attention in school than I did! She's the real deal, genuinely cares about her patients, and I trust her completely. I'd recommend her to anyone in need of a general doctor.
