My mother in…read morelaw was very sick and in the hospital, her brother drove to town from a neighboring state but forgot his hearing aid charger at home 5 hours away. He was extremely upset due to the fact that we were meeting with her doctor and he obviously needed to hear what the doc had to say and how to proceed with her care. Brittany not only cleaned the hearing aids but charged them for free so my husband's Uncle could converse with her doctors. We had never been a patient of Reserve Hearing Center prior to this and I was astounded that they helped us at a time of crisis for our family. Sometimes its just the little things that mean the most. Should I or my family ever need to have our hearing addressed, we will most certainly patronize this wonderful caring business. There were no clients in the office or outside waiting to come in. The technician was alone and the receptionist was not busy either. All I wanted was a dome to install myself! Miracle Ear prides itself on their after-purchase service but this location is not on the program. I will not return and will head to Medina in search of a better service center.

We made an appointment for the next time, and the receptionist was there, she was very friendly and had a nice smile. The audiologist was extremely helpful and my experience was very good. It's a whole New World for me to be able to hear I've heard sounds that I never heard before and it is so awesome. I wanted to cry. My husband used to get upset because I needed the TV turned up more and now I ask him to turn it down!Lol the audiologist wants to make sure I am totally happy so he set up a couple of appointments with his receptionist. I have been a patient of SWFP for about 16 years, with Dr Christopher Dolega as my primary care…read more There have been a few times (due to insurance or job changes) that I've had to see other doctors and I can't even tell you how happy I was to be able to come back to SWFP. The first thing that impresses me is that I never have to wait. I hear other people talk about waiting for 30, 60 minutes to see their doctor on their appointment. SWFP runs in such a way that NEVER happens. I check in, sit down in the waiting area, pick up a magazine... and within minutes I'm being called back. Once in the room, the excellent nursing staff weighs you, asks why you're in, checks your vitals, etc then leaves you. The doctor usually arrives within 5 minutes. I've had to see other doctors within the practice and with the exception of one (message me if you really want to know), they are all wonderful. Getting an appointment is never an issue- they have limited evening and Saturday hours which is very helpful. But I will take a minute and sing the praises of Dr Dolega. He is so kind, easy to talk to, laid back, knowledgeable and comforting. He treats much of my family now and always asks how Mom or whoever is. I also see him for my gynecological visits and I am very much at ease during these visits. I cannot rave enough about Dr Dolega and I am so glad to have such a wonderful resource near home.
