Went in looking for some wire for coils and when I asked if they had coils the guy behind the counter gave a big sigh and just gestured to the wall... Admittedly I didn't quite know what I was looking for and how to ask for it but the employees attitude while talking to me was very rude, wasn't really trying to help me find what I needed and he also seemed out of it and sluggish. I understand if you need a puff to get through a shift but at least be classy about it. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is the epitome of a shit vape shop. The workers are incompetent, arrogant, and rude. They didn't even say anything when I walked in, I had to basically stand right in front of the guy to get his attention. They knew almost nothing about vape supplies, or at least couldn't take the time out of their super busy day(consisting of sitting on your ass vaping), to help a customer out. You want to feel comfortable when you go into a vape shop. These guys will be honest with you on their products. It's nice to be able to come in and bs for awhile. Great prices. Insane delicious juice read more

Had a miscommunication with a salesperson earlier today and was very mad. I was able to talk with…read morethe manager and explain what happened. He was very cool about everything, reached out to the salesperson and explained what happened and made it right. When I went in to get my refund, I lost my temper and I was way out of line. Went back and apologized to the workers. They seemed to somewhat accept my apology or at least acted civil and I was able to have a good conversation with the salesperson. Mistakes were made on both ends but everything is good now. Very impressed with the manager and I enjoy the worker in the store. I am happy we were able to talk and resolve the issue. I will continue to do business here.

Savers? More like gougers…read more.... Books were spendy and inconsistent as all get out. Saw 3 copies of the same Heathcliff book all with different price stickers on them. Spent a good hour in the store and the staff working were doing nothing, not a thing. They had BOXES of donated goods by the picture frames just begging to be put out but no, everyone was "too busy". The "sanitation" girl was at entrance playing on her phone, not even acknowledging you as you walk in and not cleaning the carts and such. They had two cashiers who looked like that wanted to work, made eye contact and said hello but were basically being "occupied" by the very loud short haired store manager who was complaining about other employees and customers so loudly that you could hear her in the back of the store. Talk about an awkward place to shop......

Wow where do I start. Walked and was greeted right away by some cool dude named Todd... just got into vapin and really a rookie.. Todd took his time and explained to me the type of mods and tanks they offer. Didn't expect to learn as much as I did in such a short time. Great Service and the prices was awesome. The owners of this new establishment were not only knowledgeable in their products, but it was actually a joy talking to them. They were personable, helpful, and friendly. THE BEST!! This is the best ecig shop in town! The guys that work there are extremely helpful and have a wide knowledge of their product. I came in looking for something they did not carry, but they said that they would look into ordering it and keeping some in stock. I can't say enough about this place.
