I bought two Packpods vapes this past Thursday. I hit each one less than 10 times, and they both worked when I left the store. By Friday, one quit working so I plugged it in to charge. By Saturday, the second one quit working and I tried to charge that as well. I tried using a couple different cords and blocks, and nothing would charge either. Today, I went in to try and either get a refund or at least one other vape in a different brand to replace the ones I got that don't work, and the associates would not work with me to make things right. Walked in today, Nov 29 2021 to purchase a disposable as I always do. They had a sign with a updated price on the disposables from $10 to $12 effective Dec 1st I believe it said. Picked out my vape and proceeded to pay. Dude behind the counter asked if I knew about the price update on the product, I had said yes but he appeared to wait on me to hand him more cash than what I had already given him???? I question him on the date saying it wasn't the 1st yet but I did not have my phone on me to clarify. I asked again "is it the 1st or not" while almost handing over more cash to meet the updated price. Employee just through the disposable down on the counter, almost rolling off and hitting the ground if I didn't catch it. And proceeded to tell me to "Get out" so I left. I see the same employees all the time and it's usually a great experience. I've been I quality customer for couple years now. Great place! What it lacks in high end facade it more than makes up for in great service. Staff is down to earth, very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to get you what works for you. This is probably the only vape store in this area where I haven't had to listen to some guy brag about the amount he vapes. Also these guys don't try to pressure/upsale you into things you don't need. As an added bonus, the employees are also interested in the politics concerning vaping and preserving our rights. I only buy batteries from this place so I don't know about their other products. I've had a few instances where I've been disappointed. One time the guy told me the battery he was showing me had been their best seller for a few weeks or something like that. Then I had another guy telling me the same thing about a different battery a week later and they were no longer selling the battery I had purchased the week before Lately I've been buying one particular battery from them. I've had to replace at least ten or more. Every time I had either lost the receipt or the return date had passed. Since I was out of luck with them I called the manufacturer of the battery. They told me that they have been selling the wrong charger all this time. I always thought something was fishy when they were selling the battery and charger out of the box. For the record, the only reason I've continued to go here is that they seem to be the only store who always has this particular type of battery in stock most of the time. From this moment on I will be buying them online. read more

Cool place, guy helped us picking out juice with A1 recommendations. Compared to other shops I've been to this shop has a large selection from high end mods and rda's to great starter vapes. I would come here often if I lived in the area. read more
