Terrible experience! The guy was not pleasant at all, he was unprofessional and sloppy dressed, like he had just woken up and was mad to be at work. He was more focused on getting his vape set up then helping anyone else. I wish I could rate this place zero stars. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had, and it is always an unpleasant experience every time I visit. This place is operated by sloppy pretentious neckbeard employees who barely take the time to look up from their game of World of Warcraft to assist customers. When they do "help", it's given with a bad attitude and the least amount of effort possible. Same experience as Emily S. Same employee "helped" us, apparently, too. Also agreed with Sean. Here's my review: Couldn't try the cig til I bought it. Tried it in-store after purchasing and told the guy I couldn't feel the inhale hit, which is exactly why I couldn't quit smoking with the other hundreds of dollars worth of ecigs I have wasted my money on over the past few years. My sister has one that has a strong hit and actually feels like smoking. He said she must have one with propylene glycol juice which is "harsh on the throat" but that their juice is ALL vegetable glycerin and that's supposed to be healthier. I should have asked for a return and just ordered the one my sister uses. I text my sister all pissed off thinking I needed to blow more money on a different cig now. She says get different juice. Did some googling and it seems the PG juice has a better throat hit. Bought a few juices from my usual smoke shop that cost less than half of what I paid at E-cig and Vape, and voila, it works better. Not perfect, but better. When I tell you what I want in a product, you need to make sure you know what to sell me. Dude was sorta kinda helpful but not super helpful with the flavor choosing. He came off as pretty apathetic, actually. How the hell am I supposed to know what "PY" or "R4P" or whatever flavor is? And no clove-ish flavors? There was also a bunch of awkward silences. Oh, also, the kit I bought retails for half the price elsewhere, I found out after googling it. Save your money and go somewhere where they know what to sell you when you say, "I need an ecig that I can feel the inhale with". The inhale-feel, or "throat hit", isn't important for every customer, but it's what a lot of smokers, like me, are addicted to about cigarettes. I don't care if PG is worse for me, nicotine is also toxic not "100% safe" like he claims, but vaping is a hell of a lot safer than smoking. OH! And the best part? I read the ingredients on the bottle he sold me and it contains both VG and PG. Wish I could get my parking money back, too. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. They have a fresh selection of products - new things every time I'm in there. Employees also seem to know more about ecigs than your average smoke shop. I think some of the stuff is a little overpriced although I like the fancier iTaste products. They also have a very wide selection of juices and unlike most stores they allow for sampling (you might have to bring your own tip though, last time I went they were out). This store has a lot of potential although it's located in a tough spot. I'm sure they get a lot of unfriendly customers as most smokers I know are unfamiliar with ecigs in general and everyone knows it's a hard habit to kick. For heavy smokers I think ecigarettes are a good way to try quitting, especially if you are a hobbyist. Personally I love my ecig I bought there. I think I flooded it or something because I was having issues with it, although I took it to one of my friends who is kind of like my personal ecig surgeon and he was able to help me out a lot. Ecigs are definitely not for everyone. It takes a lot of patience and small motor skills to understand how they work. I've fried a number of my ecigs in the past because I wasn't careful enough. If you are trying to quit smoking I would recommend giving this place a shot if you have already learned a little bit about ecigs. Spend time watching videos online, especially if you are interested in building your own. Think of this place as more like a hobby shop than a smoke shop. If you ruin your ecig they may or may not be able to help you out, but as I said it takes patience and dedication to quit smoking real cigarettes. I can't tell you how many times I've been in smoke shops (not this one but others) and have seen customers yelling at the employees because their ecig broke, but it's also just really easy to break them. I hope more people are willing to give this store and ecigs a chance because I have almost stopped smoking real cigarettes entirely thanks to ecigarettes. read more

I wish I could give 4.5. I do highly recommend this shop. I only wish there were more bargains. Marina (the store manager, who is usually the only person there) is always most helpful. She is highly knowledgeable about the products and equipment she sells, and is always happy to chat about mods and liquids. She shares her expertise in a professional, friendly, and unpretentious manner. ENV also has a fantastic line of liquids in all kinds of lovely flavors, and potencies from 6 to 24ml. It would be nice, though if the line included 3ml for the cloud chasers. read more

I've been buying my juices at this Ecig N Vape location for more than a year, and their flavors and PG/VG balances are some of the best that I have come across. They don't have the burning plastic smell of some of the other juices out there, and they work pretty well with a broad array of different styles of vape device (from digitals to mech, tanks to RBA). I also really like their rotating sets of new flavors (Strawberry Lemonade in the summer, Candy Cane this winter), and many of their stand-bys (Wintermint). On the downside, their prices for their hardware need some adjustment. Other local shops have similar batteries/tanks/accessories at lower prices (not to mention online stores), with occasional sales and discounts. For example, one store down the street sold me my first starter vape kit by giving me 50% off in exchange for my last (ever) pack of cigarettes. It was a remarkably effective promotion. As others have pointed out, Ecig N Vape rarely has such sales on either their juice or machinery. Two comments specific to this location: 1) The store could use a makeover. I visit at least every few weeks, and it would be nice to have a more pleasant atmosphere. Other places use their store design to encourage people to talk, stay longer, or sample new juices. This improves the customer experience, and probably also brings in more money. (Though, this can also be an annoyance to a casual person who just wants to buy some juice.) 2) Marina (the manager for the last year or more) is the best! She is always up to date on the latest products, and does a great job of taking a person through the various flavors and juice options. There are many things I would change about the buying experience at this location, but Marina is definitely doing an A+ job. All in all, I'm a fan of this location. read more

The lady who was working today 12/7/2016 around noon was just flat out rude as hell. Had a very shitty attitude about literally every question I asked her.
