First time my significant other came in, he came to buy some cigs and he also received amazing service from Abdullah. Abdullah was also very personable and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Second time we both came in together and we bought some vape supplies. Mohammed let us know what's good and even helped us figure everything out. Mohammed is very personable, friendly, made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond with customer service. Selection They had a nice big selection, included half of it in the video. Value More on the cheaper side compared to most smoke shops but not the cheapest in the city. But because of the amazing customer service and personable experience, we don't mind spending the extra few bucks as it is so mininal. I believe the value is 10/10 because they provide such amazing care. My significant other and I both have agreed to make this our new smoke stop shop as this place has exceeds our expectations. Went in to pick up a nicotine vape, really with just the idea of wanting a mint-flavor. I've been vaping for like 3 years almost now, and like to experiment with the flavors (going to make the cross-over to non-nicotine vapes soon), sometimes I like something fruity, sometimes minty, etc. I was blown away by the selection. They had like 30 mint ones alone, it took me a minute to pick the right one and he didn't have me open the package and try it in-store, as every other vape shop in the area does. Which I appreciated, because it should be the customer's choice if they want to try the vape then-and-there or not, or wait until they arrive home. (I'm guessing a reason for this, is because they are always non-refundable once you leave the store, as i found out back in the East Coast when i spent $35 on a vape only to walk 2 blocks home, and find out it DIDN'T work. The store refused to refund my money, or exchange the item even though it was just 5 minutes earlier, and I was a customer of 6 years, as was my former-spouse who would shop there frequently. I got upset and when they saw they were going to lose my business, eventually did the right thing) Additionally, the guy mentioned discounts the for multiple purchases(which I didn't take advantage of), and although I dropped the can outside, which left it foaming everywhere lol, this shop had the best canned (nitro cold-brew) coffee I've ever had. This local smokeshop stalwart has everything you could hope for, but recently it came under new management and is now looking much more organized and easy to browse. The new management appears to have extended business hours (both earlier and later) and offered some deals and discounts, plus the staff are professional and ready to help with info. These little changes have already made my shopping experience easier and more pleasant. Bonus tip: they offer a huge selection of coils, much wider than lots of other shops. This was my 2nd visit to KS smoke shop location near the airport, i've been there before. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable as the last time i was there. Glass selection has grown much since i went in there, maybe due to greens are now legal in state of WA. This place has been amazing and I specifically want to give accolades to Faisal K. I am from out of town and came to stay with my aunt while extremely sick. On a day I wasn't feeling great my aunt (ZERO vape experience/knowledge) had to go in for an emergency eCig replacement. Faisal helped set her up with a quality product, without ripping her off. This place is a total rip off. First of all if your going to have inventory properly lay it out so customers can exactly see what they are buying. Its like a cluster disaster in there. Prices were through the ROOF. One Employee was okay in terms of helping me look around but one guy just looked at me 24/7. Even came up to me a couple of times and said "you've been looking around for quite a while". Yes i have because you couldn't make looking at inventory any better. Was going to buy some pipes but i know customer service is really important to me so i decided to take my business elsewhere. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. Went to Seatac Smoke Shop instead and it was WAY BETTER. More inventory and properly laid out and labeled. No push to sale, bought almost $200 worth of stuff and had no problems with it. K & S Smoke Shop is a family owned business. And I have to say: this shop is the best! It is so friendly out here, really! Ali for instance is very knowledgeable, so polite and has very competitive prices. You can ask him ten questions about his products he will always clearly answer all your questions. Actually I think they are the cheapest in the area. And unlike the others stores, it doesn't smell like a freaking weird cavern, the music isn't aggressive either, the overall feeling is WAY more welcoming than the others smoke shops. Ali again must have a visual memory cuz the second time I went there, he remembered correctly what I asked the first time (2 weeks after!) and was like: "Hey! Wassup bud, 2 Marlboro Red, right?".
