I came here to pick up a vape, and I thought I had gotten the right thing- a lookah seahorse dab pen. i didn't look too closely though because it was micro usb. i have had this device before. it was always usb-c, and that was one of the reasons i loved using it. even though i had already walked out the store, i immediately decided to go back in to see if i could exchange for a usb-c model. the man tending to the shop was so nice that he let me do the exchange. it turned out the model i actually wanted was $20 cheaper, so not only did he exchange it. he refunded me in cash. he really went the extra mile to ensure that i was satisfied. i always get amazing service when i shop here, and this is just another great example of why i come back time after time! read more

Came in clutch with a simple USB iPhone/Airpod charging cord. You'd think I could get that anywhere but with Bartells, Target, Rite Aid, Walgreens, + closed I was actually in a bind. A gal at Safeway recommended the shop and I'm glad she did cause I never would have thought of it. The gentleman behind the counter was very attentive and genuinely helpful, I'm very embarrassed that I've forgotten his name. But he took the time to make sure I was getting the just right cord for my device which I appreciate. I wish nothing but the best for this business, I remember when that space was a comics shop for years and years and it's nice that it seems someone genuine is in that space again. I came here last week after work to purchase a cbd lotion ($25 for the 250mg and $40 for 500mg) for my aunt who has arthritis. Sharon was very kind and informative about their products. I've never been to a smoke shop previously, but she made sure I got the right lotion. My aunt likes the lotion she recommended. The business practices social distance by requiring all customers to wear a mask and they sanitize in between guests. Their shelves are all organized and clean, which always makes a great impression. Their hours are pretty late, until 10 pm, and their bright lights will tell you that. read more

Bought a vape battery here last week that doesn't charge- came back with my receipt and just asked to to a simple exchange for a product that doesn't work. They straight up refused exchange it or even offer small store credit. They talked about losing money but now I'm out the money I spent on it. Wouldn't recommend coming here to buy anything if you could avoid it- they sell faulty products and won't even consider any solutions for the defunct products they sell. read more

Definitely found my new smoke shop tonight! Went in looking for a torch and received amazing help picking one out! Also couldn't figure out which coil I needed and the guy working tonight was so sweet helping me and didn't make me feel like I was being bothersome in any way (which I was worried I was since I didn't know what I needed) then I was shown the juice section where they had an amazing selection and my favorite brand that's usually hard to find. They have really great products, amazing selection for all products, and on top of that the energy was so great. Very happy with my experience and excited to go back!
