They have what you need, but you could buy an 8 cheaper than what this place charges for vape juice

Always have been pleased with the great customer service and the staff at this store, but wish they were provided the tools like a working credit card scanner and tv to be able to do their work successful. Especially after a year, hope to see management give these guys the support they deserve. read more

I was impressed with their customer service the first time so kept coming back to them for my nicotine addiction. Good variety and competitive prices. They've been honest and helpful without trying to only bolster their products and business. I send people here first if they're looking for vape products. This is a tough review. I've bought my juice from the "vape shop" on Burlington for the last two years, ever since I gave up smoking. I decided to try this shop because it's closer to my house, more convenient, etc. The place is very pleasant inside and the employees are pleasant, helpful and easy to talk with. The atmosphere and customer service are 4 star at least. The reason I'm giving two stars is the quality of their juice and the lack of any recourse their policy provides. As mentioned, I've been vaping for two years. I've had some good flavors, some meh flavors, and some excellent flavors. My first trip in I tried four separate house flavors. The first flavor I tried was disgusting and gave me a headache within a minute of vaping. I cleaned out my mod, waited 45 minutes until the headache subsided, and tried another. (I should mention I still had the essence of the first awful flavor in my sinuses) The second one I fired up didn't taste quite as bad, but it did taste cheap. My headache was instantly more severe. I basically washed my mod, and called it a night. I had a bad taste in my sinuses and a headache until I fell asleep. The next morning I attempted to get some store credit for my juices. Two of the flavors were un-opened, and two had a single vile withdrawn. I was told no refund, and no store credit. The employee was great, friendly, and sympathetic. He said they can't give a refund or exchange because of FDA regulations. I wonder at how this applies to un-opened merchandise?? So I'm out 25ish bucks. Bummer. Against my better judgement I decided to try a couple other brands carried in the store. They're their premium brands, one was a chai tea synthetic, and the other was a blueberry strudel. Another 45 bucks. Immediately upon opening the blueberry I was dubious. It smelled like robitussin. It also tasted like robitussin. Awful, but no headache after several pulls and attempting to like it. After opening my other flavor, the chai tea, I was pleasantly surprised by the initial aroma. It smelled somewhat buttery, not like chai, but pleasant. Then I vaped it. It tastes like low grade movie theater popcorn butter substitute. Terrible. I'm writing this with another terrible headache and a taste that refuses to leave my sinuses. In summary I spent 70 dollars and bought 6 juices. They are the six worst juices I've ever tasted. Five of them are the only five that have given me headaches from vaping. I've spent three months worth of vaping budget in two days and the only product that is remotely useful tastes like robitussin. Maybe I'll thank them later for burning through my budget, and selling a product so consistently bad that I finally give up the habit completely. I'm incredibly disappointed. ************ Just a quick update. This review "earned" two compliments in it's first day up. I don't know if they are visible, but I do know that both of the people who contacted me seem to have a vested interest in the business. There were five combined reviews between the two accounts and four of them were for different locations of this business. Hmmm. One compliment suggested I stop licking butter to neutralize my taste buds, cute. The other mentioned a juice bar where you can sample the wares of the store. I wish either of my visits (in which I mentioned I was a first time customer) had included a mention of this feature. It's a good idea and it probably would have saved me some time and money. As a mentioned before, the employees were super friendly, and helpful. Chances are that I just had a perfect storm of choosing six flavors that absolutely disagree with me and my system. As a first time customer I would have benefitted greatly from knowing there was a sample area. The two "compliments" I received (obviously either owners, employees, or friends of) would have done better saying, "hey man, that sucks you had a bad experience. Come on down and give the juice bar a try, and we'll try to make this right". I think my review showed a lot of optimism for a promising business, and I definitely left the door open for them to make me somewhat satisfied after patronizing the business a second time, and spending 70 dollars. Retroactively pointing out a sample tray that was never mentioned to a first time customer is actually pretty poor customer service. Unless of course I'm way off and it's just a coincidence that two people who's only yelp reviews are recent five star ratings for a business I just rated a two have suddenly decided to contact me. It would be pretty easy for some great customer service to make a 2 star review a 4, I'm feeling like the second star is a little generous now. ******* Last update. I kinda felt like an inconvenience to the associate behind the counter. 4 dudes and a dog hanging around. It was kinda weird. Then I had a little bit of trouble getting my piece together, and when I figured it out I was disappointed I wasn't assisted more after explaining I'm learning. read more

Had to go with 1 star because there is no zero. Very disappointed in the customer service of this place they won't stand behind their (1 week old) defective merchandise,I left it there for 2weeks only to get it back still not working at all now and still leaking , instead of repairing or replacing it their solution was to give me 20 % of another new one . Wasted 2 hours of my day with them trying to convince me that it is somehow my fault . Going back to liberty vape where they atleast try to help you and make it right . This is my 1st and only review because this place is that bad !! read more

Good selection and most of the staff is knowledgeable on the product, but all the staff I've encountered are rude and unprofessional. Teasing a customer about their setup instead of trying to sell them something better isn't good, and neither is blowing a vape cloud at a customer's face. I'll be using other shops from now on read more

These guys never have what I need. The management is ridonk. It's way too big of a space for the seven products they carry. Ugh.

Great place, great staff always, super clean and organized and I love the size of the shop. All others in town are small but I like this one the best. The employees are super nice and helpful when needed. I appreciated that as a customer. read more

what i dont understand why people say they only have seven products they have 7 case full over 100 products and over 400 juices i think people need there eyes check this is a great helpful shop the best price and selection in montana for any of your vaping needs i always choose this shop first read more

I dislike leaving a one star review for an honest business; unfortunately the management at Ecig Vapor Juice Store are not what I would consider honest. I went in to purchase coils. I told the employee the manufacturer and model I needed. He confidently sold me a box that ended up not being the coils I asked for. I realized the mistake within minutes and returned to the store. The packaging was intact and had no damage. I asked for the correct coils and they do not carry them as it turns out. I asked for a refund. The employee called several different "managers", according to him, and was told that I could not be given a refund. This mistake was entirely on the employee and business side. I'm amazed that they would not fix their mistake. To the employees credit, he offered me cash out of his own pocket as a refund. I cannot, in good faith, accept that from him. The employees were very polite and informative. They ended up giving me three bottles of juice as payment. Unfortunately, I still need to find another store to purchase coils so I can use the juice! It's too bad they couldn't remedy their self admitted mistake. The shop is clean and looks to be well stocked in general. But I will absolutely not be patronizing their store in the future. read more
