It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. Told us we needed to put more water in the pool. They came back and poured 2 gallons of shock and said let that work and we will come back in a few days to get the pool ready. They never came back. My husband called them and went out in person to ask them when are they coming back. They never came back. Very unprofessional and even rude. Took us for $190. Water is green and nasty. They did nothing to open the pool. Do not pay these people in advance and use a credit card so you can report them if they do to you like they did to us. Better yet - go somewhere else.
