I mean look at my hair. I love it. I've had tape extensions before. Liked how they looked but the price, upkeep and them drying it was too much. I was sad. Years later I got a perm for some volume. WRONG. I happened by this place for a color and Sasha did a perfect job. We talked about extensions and I ended making an appointment to get them. They are the sew in ones and seem easier to take care of so far. Sasha told me how to take care of them properly. I'm just so happy with them. They blend perfectly with my hair, are so soft and I didn't even need a color touch up since she did a great job before. Thank you so much Sasha. If I could give this building that claims themselves a business 0 stars I would. It's what everyone says but this place is so ridiculous and can't seem to get certain things right. Here we go y'all. I used to love this place. I was a regular after getting recommended here by someone I know personally, and they raved about it. All good things, and I got excited. Came here so many times to get cuts and toners. It's a shame Trish isn't there anymore. God bless Joanna, or however you spell her name. She's amazing and I wish her and ONLY her the best of luck. I had a stylist by the name of Nicole who completely overcharged the shit out of my hair, and I had to come back after paying $250 because she missed several spots that she thought I wouldn't notice. Recently, I had a stylist that I'm so glad I don't know her name because I'll call it out like it is. I came in and asked for a natural blonde ombré. She kept insisting on highlights ONLY, and kept going back to her co workers asking for help. You'd think she knew what she was doing after telling me my hair would be close to $300. She made me feel so uncomfortable and had everyone in the salon staring at me, making me feel like I was not a welcomed and valued customer. I was told I would have to come back for several sessions and pay $300 every single time, for something that any other salon I've been to ALWAYS gets it done in one go for under $200. Overcharging and pushing pointless products ever since business has slowed much? The new ownership combined with the holidays really made them go under. I went to Sally beauty straight after being humiliated and knowing damn well I'm not giving them any more of my money. I got all of the supplies I needed for under $50, saved myself so much money and my hair looks bomb as hell. Do better, eclectic color. Y'all can't even do color, you best take that word out of your name. DO YOUR HAIR AT HOME ladies n gents! This salon is wonderful! Gianna is an absolute artist. I came in with a photo and a handful of hair-care questions and she was both helpful and efficient. She did an incredible job on my red balayage - it's exactly how I wanted it. And she gave me easy useful tips to keep it looking good. She took extra time and care to make sure I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it. For a balayage virgin it was definitely appreciated. The salon was clean and everyone was friendly. It seemed like they had quite a few repeat customers coming in for cuts and hair treatments, which is always a good sign. I will definitely be returning for cuts, styles and coloring. Came here to get my hair cut, and colored. My hairstylist was Samantha she was great! I showed her a picture of a basic idea of the style and color I wanted which was a lot to different from what I currently had , she gave me a great consult. My hair was dark brown and I was going auburn for fall, which is not easy to do and not easy to maintain. She was really helpful in finding me a color that would be noticeable but not destroy my hair. I really loved the cut too! I will add a photo of my hair later. She did not push products on me !!! Which I loved , I love buying products but I don't like to be pressured into it , it's seriously the most annoying thing about getting your hair done at a salon. The prices are super resonable, and they tell you upfront unlike most places. I will for sure come back, thank you Samantha! read more

I came in for a toner correction to my Balayage. The original which was done at a different salon did not turn out as I had anticipated. However, due to the distance from home and work, I chose not to return and opted to pick something closer to work. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the outcome of my hair following the toner selection by Gianna. She listened to what I wanted, looked at the pictures, and offered her expertise on what she thought would best fit my needs and skin tone. She's very easy to get along with and a wealth of information regarding hair care. I look forward to going back to her in the future. I scheduled an appointment after walking in on a Saturday and they were too busy to help me. No worries, I know how that can be. My appointment with Kandi was great! I discussed with her what I was looking for and my dissatisfaction with what I had been trying for, and she told me that I would require maintenance with them as well. At least she was straight up about it. I then mentioned my second choice, which I had been wanting to get back to for YEARS! So dark red that in normal lighting it looks black, but really good lighting, it's RED. And she did this without having to think too hard about it. My haircut needed a trim up because the last stylist I had didn't understand what I mean by a razor style cut to increase the volume. Zero if I could. I was a regular customer and after expressing I wasn't happy with the results all the manager could offer me was a free toner, that did not solve the issue the first 2 times. She kept trying to excuse it by saying usually customers need multiple sessions to get to blonde highlights but In my situation it was has been achieved right there in 1 sit many, many times. I spent money on something that was not even in the same ballpark of what I wanted & then had to pay somewhere else to get it color corrected, & on top take the day off for it. read more
