Never contacted me within that time. I called 5 different times over that span and it was always an excuse or they would say someone would call me the next day about parts. Never happened. I went to pick my PC up because I was tired of waiting and the guy didn't even know what computer I was referring too and asked me what was wrong with it.. if I knew I wouldn't have brought it there. Went to the back, brought my computer out and tells me "yeah I was just working on this one" The computer was in the same exact condition as when I dropped it off. Nothing was touched. So even in our back bedroom, where we previously had to use LTE to get any service on our phones, we now have blazing fast speeds. Ryan was super professional and mad e a huge difference.
