I had my ear speaker replaced however they didn't mention to me that doing so makes FACE ID not work. Unfortunately this is a company phone which my company apps need FACE ID to open. After I realized it no longer worked I asked Nick about it and he said sorry that should have been told to you. I told him I would have to come back to get the old speaker put back in, when I arrived another gentleman was there and knew nothing about it. He contacted Nick who told him he threw it away, but I told him my last communication with Nick was I'd be back. To bad so sad now I no longer have FACE ID, looks like my company is out the $80 plus now they have to get me a new phone.

Husband took it to a man who works on radios and the man fixed it in one day. He said they never replaced the part and as soon as you open it up they haven't even soldered 3 places that were suppose to be soldered. That was just wrong to do a customer that way. While he had it, he went into my social media and "Liked" his company in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. I only knew because he forgot to close one of the screens! After leaving, my phone started shutting itself down about every 10 minutes. It also would zoom in/out on its own and I'd have to do a hard restarts constantly. After 2 days of this I decided to buy a new phone rather than return it to the place that broke my phone (which had been working fine before), lied and invaded my privacy. Who knows what else he did with my unlocked phone for 30 minutes?! I don't, which is one of two reasons why I'll never go back. Oh and they give you a free $10 protector screen but only if you leave them a review. So they get your review and theirs! Such a scam.

After doing some online research, I decided that it would be wise to consult a professional rather than risk electrocution by tinkering with it myself. I was unsure if I would even be able to find a place in Birmingham that could service a nearly 50 year-old amp, but ERC told me that they could fix me up. They installed and biased my new tubes and replaced a few inner parts, and it sounded like a brand new amp. However, the next day, I noticed that the audio was weak again. I contacted the shop and was assured that they would fix it for me. They were very apologetic and fixed it without any extra charges. The amp has sounded great ever since. I definitely know where to go the next time I need any help.
