His 1:45 appointment was delayed until 2:10 when someone finally asked him, "Are you waiting for something?" (He had already checked in). Then, when I came to meet him there. they gave me no indication that he was running 30 minutes behind, until I heard them tell the next massage appointment. I waited 45 minutes for him because they didn't get him in on tie or tell me when I arrived, paid, and was waiting for him. Customer service sucks. No wonder it was so easy to get a same-day appointment! --------------- I got a spray tan here and it wasn't very good. It looked blotchy and even though I had spoken to them three times to book ,change and confirm, no one told me to wear "loose clothing", as it was my first spray tan, and I looked rough.
