gave this salon 2 rating due to the 'moving target type' price list. I had new acrylic set at another salon two weeks prior and needed a fill. Since the initial salon charged more than the price list for the plain, clear nail set, I tried TandT. I told TNT of my experience with the other salon and the manager said the technicians always inform the client the cost prior to providing service. The tech told me the amount and went forward, however at checkout the price was higher than the amount discussed. I gave a second chance and returned yesterday for another fill and the price was even higher than two weeks prior, no explanation. As I told them, the price for services is not the issue, the issue is that their own price list shows one thing and twice they've charged different, higher amounts for plain, regular fills. read more

I went in on my lunch time, they were not busy ( 2 customers)and I was advised to choose my color.... all colors are on a big table. I did that and stood there for several minutes before anyone spoke to me again. Then was told where to sit, after 2-3 minutes some one comes in the front door sets down their drink and here we go. I went to try and relax and just have some me time but was more under the assumption that they called for more help and he raced across town to do it, I was cut twice by the tool and bleeding a little, he said all of 10 words to me through the whole process and went outside to smoke and left me sitting there with both of my hands under a lightbulb. Needless to say my experience was not relaxing and I felt even more stressed when I left there. Don't know his name and wasn't offered a receipt even though my name and phone number were requested. read more

I came here to get a fill. I showed them a picture and got exactly what I wanted. He did a great job! I was even a walk in and only had to wait about 15 minutes to get seated and started. Kinda expensive but very happy with the results! read more

Extremely disappointed in my experience at this salon. It seemed as if the workers only cared about the regular clients, and didn't make me feel welcomed as a new customer. Their prices online are not accurate to what they charged me, they really should update them so people aren't caught off guard. I paid $128 for my visit. I asked for a full set acrylic and a gel pedicure. The man was extremely rough on my fingernails which caused my fingers to be sore the next day. Whenever I left the salon it looked like my nails were already grown out, and my cuticles were cracking and dry. He didn't apply the polish all the way up to the root of my nail or on the sides so it looks grown out already. Whenever I called and asked for a refund she was extremely rude, and wasn't understanding at all. She told me that their policy doesn't allow refunds but at the top of their policy it says that their salon is the destination for high quality nail care. Overall just disappointed in the quality of service I received and the horrible customer service. read more

I gave this nail salon 4 out of 5 because i have been in the Warrensburg area for around 4 years now and it has taken me this long to find (Lauren) who works at TnT. She is absolutely the best person to go to. However, the rest of the employees are below par. A few aren't awful but just don't really listen or pay any attention to detail. Lauren takes her time and considers your likes or dislikes before moving along. (Shape of the nails, color etc. ) she's is the best of the best! read more

They do great nails but make sure they are doing the right kind of polish while i was waiting i heard a lady complain how they used gel when she asked for regular polish. They then did the same thing to my little sister when i told them SHE DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR GEL. We had to pay the gel price even though this was their mistake. read more

We walk in only to be told were too busy...... mind you were the ONLY vehicle and people there. So much for not wanting people's business. This was the first and last time we will go there. Great pedicures. Have had the basic spa as well as their top of the line luxury and have been satisfied with all of them, as I walked out feeling pampered and renewed. They offer complimentary beverages as well as serving a glass of wine to there 21+ customers for a small fee. The staff is very friendly as well as being talented nail artists. Went here with a bunch of family to have our nails done for a wedding. The guy messed up the brides nails. She tried to explain what she wanted and he was very rude and made her cry. This is NOT okay! He also started laughing at her. They didn't do our nails correctly at all and didn't give us what we asked for. We will never go there again and will continue to warn others about this establishment. read more

Update: They seem to have worked out some of the opening-day bugs (I think they had only been open for a couple-few weeks the first time I stopped in) -- service seems much smoother & staffing is done appropriately. Also, they now have gelish polish! Love it, I don't have to go up to the city any more for my gel fix. $30 for the gel manicure is very reasonable, too. They're happy to take walk-ins. read more

Horrible! I got a deluxe pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was not deluxe at all. She didn't do anything to remove any dry skin (and I don't have bad callus at all!!) the nail polish application was terrible. It looked like my 4 year old son did them! I had to redo them when I got home. For my fills I told the lady 3 times what I wanted Nd she still did not get the shape right. If I walked in with narrow coffin like nails why would you think I wanted thick square nails!!??? And I told her 3 times and showed her a pic. The music in this salon is ALWAYS blaring loud! I prefer a tranquil, relaxing spa experience. Also, most of the pedicure chairs do not fully function. My last pedicure was done very poorly, the paint was so thinned you can see through it, and it looks very lumpy. read more

I was defiantly not impressed by the service or the quality of the pedicure I received. It took them 25 minutes to seat me in an actual massage chair. I then spent another 40 minutes soaking my feet in cold and plain water. The problem with this is that they were not that busy, so seating me should not have taken that long. I run everyday and I informed the technician that I wanted the rough spots removed. After another 40 minutes of her basically just massaging my feet and calves, my rough spots were still there and my feet were basically in the same shape. I get pedicures twice a month and wanted to try this place out since it is closer to home, but I would much rather make a 30 minute drive to Sedalia or Lee's Summit than return to this place again. read more

Consistent quality. One of the few salons I have found where they will do gel polish on toenails! Most salons would look at me like I was crazy when I asked. I wear flip flops all summer, so my toenails get bumped, scraped, and chipped on a regular basis. Gel polish is the only kind that will survive my abuse. My wife and daughter went into this establishment today to get their nails done, a mommy/daughter day. My wife sat down to complete the final stages of getting her manicure by placing her nails under the nail dryer. The nail polish began to bubble and she asked the gentleman to fix it, he did so by putting another coat of nail polish on top of the already bubbled nail polish. Again the polish began to bubble and she showed the gentleman again. He looks at her and says "and what do you want me to do?". She kindly replied by saying "fix it". The gentleman began getting a rude attitude and even stormed out to take a "smoke break". Eventually he walked back in and started doing the manicure all over again and still did them incorrectly. The nails still are not painted completely and the entire job was done half effortlessly. Paying any sum of money to have a service provided should come with a job well done, not in this case at all. Will never return to this establishment and will tell all my friends and neighbors not to go to this establishment either. read more
