He was greeted, handed his paperwork and filled it out, dropped it off- and then they forgot about him for 30 minutes. His 1:45 appointment was delayed until 2:10 when someone finally asked him, "Are you waiting for something?" (He had already checked in). Then, when I came to meet him there. they gave me no indication that he was running 30 minutes behind, until I heard them tell the next massage appointment. I waited 45 minutes for him because they didn't get him in on tie or tell me when I arrived, paid, and was waiting for him. Customer service sucks. No wonder it was so easy to get a same-day appointment! --------------- I got a spray tan here and it wasn't very good. It looked blotchy and even though I had spoken to them three times to book ,change and confirm, no one told me to wear "loose clothing", as it was my first spray tan, and I looked rough. It totally messed it up. The girl who did it said that they usually tell clients, but no one said anything. The people who work there are really snobbish and standoffish. Until the tan I hadn't been there since they messed up my wax 2 years ago. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to get better service.

The girl did an okay job but not good enough for me to ask her name to become a repeat customer. On my second visit I asked for polish and was given the menu. She brought back gel and said that color was not in polish. I picked another color and she brought back the color in gel and a somewhat similar color in polish and showed me that the gel was prettier and lasts so much longer. At this point I accepted the polish that she brought to not delay any further. She proceeded to scrape the crap out of the cuticles on my big toes. Both bled and my left toe still hurts, two days later. I had a regular tech for over 15 years at my former residence and I don't remember her ever bringing blood or hurting me during a manicure or pedicure. And she never pushed her preferences on me. I actually wasn't going to write a review. I was just going to never come back. But since I'm monitoring my toe for infection I thought a review was in order. My first visit would have been a 4 and my second a 1, so I will average the stars for this review.
