The owner (and only employee) is this tiny korean man with the nicest, most welcoming smile. He really takes his time and I have never been unsatisfied when leaving. Awkard Meter: Pretty awkard. He doesnt know much english so he usually has the tv on with friends playing. Its nice to share a moment with him when we both laugh at the tv. Fine, even though she kept me waiting for 15 mins so clearly being on time isn't a priority. I asked if she could remove the acrylic nails and if she knew of a place that did acrylics in the area (I don't live in this area and really needed a mani for the wedding I'm in on Saturday.) She said "I can fit you in in 3-4 weeks or you could try a strip mall." She removed the acrylics then took me to ring me up. Acrylic removal only. No cutting or shaping my real nails. No cuticle trim. No hand lotion. Nothing. I was charged $51.75!!! I have a pedi scheduled with them tomorrow (which I will be canceling) I would rather cut off my own feet then give them another penny.
