I asked for a trim and a fade and was given an uneven bowl cut. At this point I'm going to have to buzz my head and start over. To add to that I was concerned that none of her scissors, combs, or clippers were sanitized. She dropped a comb and clipper guard on the floor and reused them. She was using what felt like a horse hair brush throughout and was quite uncomfortable causing my skin to turn red and irritated. She ran it under water, applied product to the strands, not the scalp, rinsed that out and repeated with conditioner. At no time did she touch my scalp, much less shampoo my hair. Consequently the blow out lasted less than 24 hours before it was just flat, dirty hair. In my opinion and experience a blow out includes a shampoo, which means vigorous scrubbing of the scalp. This is more of a wet and style; the website should be clear on that detail.
