When I brought my contractor in to help remodel one of my units, they took the time to break down all the options to help us match the flooring perfectly. They went over different vinyl options for both the bathroom and kitchen, making sure we had all the information we needed. They were super helpful, and even for my social media, they helped me make a little video, and the owner even came over to say hi. They loaded everything up in the truck, and I was on my way in no time. They have excellent pricing, great service, and are genuinely kind people. He did not want to install the heater until I notified the establishment as that is what is done with most businesses. I called and spoke with Aida, she has to be related to the owner because she can't be that unprofessional and merely work there. She pretty much laughed and said sorry everything is sold as is and all sales are final. I actually got into my car and proceeded to drive there but quickly realized that my life is great and I don't need to go there and get myself in trouble. Needless to say, buyer beware of this place. Bought a water heater from them, had it approx 1 year, it stopped working in August 2020, I tried…read moreto relight it using pilot ignitor, still didn't work, they came to the house to repair it. They got it working again I was so happy to have hot water. The guy swapped out a biggish looking part I paid approx $200. November 2020 it stopped working again, thought pilot had gone out, tried to relight it, guess what, the guy from Spanish Cabinets had removed the pilot ignitor, there was no way to light this water heater. I called the company, they say repairs are only covered for 2 months. This is the 3rd month so they can't help me. I will have to pay again. They have at least 5 different phone numbers which they hide behind. I went to two of their locations, only to be told the same thing, repair is out of warranty. My question to them was, the repair was an illegally rigged water heater, with disastrous consequences, once the pilot went out it could not be ignited again. If the repair was done right the first time, the out of warranty I wouldn't have a problem with. But your worker had took much needed parts from my unit, which is theft. It is disgraceful to cheat the public like that, if your employee did unorthodox work, your company should take responsibility for it. Don't use this company they are extremely shady. Written on the water heater it tells you the heater comes with the ignitor and to remove it, shows what type of company Spanish Cabinets Hardware Store are.
