You cannot do anything without the remotes so I waited again for the remotes to be expedited to me so the installer could install. I am still waiting! They did not expedite my shades, so I waited 11 days thus far. Do not, I repeat, do not use blinds by noon! They are incompetent, lazy, and unwilling to assist customers with the installation process. I spent $2,000 and I still have no shades!

We were guided through the measuring process by an excellent, detail-oriented customer service employee named Erica. The result being an excellent, custom fit in each window. The quality of the blinds is great too. Recently, the veneer finish on 2 of the 6 valences began to peel. I think they had been added to our original order after a measuring mix-up and may have been made by a different supplier than the bulk of our order. Delta replaced them.
