The cut was $39 so very well priced, and such a HIGH level of friendliness, quality of cut and overall service! Chloe is a people person, kind, easy going, listens to exactly what you want and beyond delivers! She constantly checks in with you each step of the way to see your thoughts on the cut and service. She definitely knows her stuff and is very talented! I would definitely recommend Cedar Rose and Chloe! They called me back the same day after I scheduled an appointment to let me know they couldn't get us in at 1:45 and that it would have to be 2:00, which no worries at all. I told them that was fine. Come today, 3 hours before our couples massage they call and cancel. They informed me that the therapist got in car accident. that is horrible and I hope that she's okay! But we still had an appointment for weeks? There was another therapist available but I was informed they were already all booked....so instead of shifting people down on the schedule they decided to cancel our appointment. Getting out of the house as a stay at home Mom is huge, it's like a vacation and to have them call, cancel and not even apologize is disgusting.
