I had a hard time determining weather I was going to give this place a three or four star and here's why, I initially called a week or so in advanced and Joe was the most relatable customer savvy man I've spoken to in awhile...so as far as "points" go good job there. When I got to the "office" I wasn't greeted by anyone which is fine because they have a nightshift/early bird box and I called Joe who walked me through signing the paperwork and leaving my keys. I then was greeted by Kevin who did the actual tinting and then I left and took a uber to the local mall which was great. I was gone for 4 hours until they called but it worked out because I like to shop. Everything was perfect at first glance, professionally crisp, no bubble, no waves...there was a small incident but after a discussion with Joe everything was discussed and handled very appropriately. Considering the texts and etc. All in all the work is worth the rate, pay more for good, clean work. Would I come back? Yes, it's been a couple weeks and everything is still perfect in regards to my tint visuals specifically. Would I recommend? Absolutely! My situation had to be a random mistake, once in a lifetime type of thing. It has to be, otherwise that's petty. Good luck! support this small business. read more

Tint quality is great. I just have mixed feelings about the way things went after I got my car tinted. I parked at my apartment, they tow my car and I find out that my parking pass was taken off the window that got tinted. I had to pay $400 to get my car out the tow place. When I called eclipse all I got was a "yeah everything has to come off man". I didn't even know the parking pass was taken off nor did anyone mention it or give me a heads up. I think it should be a lesson learned and anyone can read this and just make sure to cover all basis when getting their windows tinted. And window tinters can read this and make sure to communicate when things get removed from a vehicle. But like I said the tint is great, I just have mixed feelings since getting my car towed made me late to my new job and I unexpectedly lost $400. read more

RUN!! DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. Got a brand new car and left my car for tinting. After the service, I found out they made lots of black stains on my car headliner. They gave me two options which are going to AUTO BELL or 50 dollar check. And need to wait for 2 weeks to get a check and cannot remove the stain because Joe needs to check my stains after he is back in town. Didn't get any apologies from them and seems they don't know how to respect other people. Don't come to this store unless you want to get black stains all over your car that you didn't order along with the tinting. read more

No customer service skills at all. Very abrasive employees. Prices too high for below average work. I've given them hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the years but I'm not going back. I found a much better place this year. Go to Champion Tinting instead. read more

Worst customer service and workmanship on a tint job! I found these guys from google search, location is closer to me so i told myself, it is a easy job. I wish i chose another tint shop. I asked him to install ceramic films to my new BMW m850 coupe. After installation, he told me to leave the car 24-48 hours under sun, i saw some white spots on the rear window and told me they would go away. I left it outside and then after 2 weeks, the white spots get bigger and bothered me. I called him. explained the situation; he asked me to bring the car back to check ( I sent him the photos, he wanted to check again, he thinks I will bring the car anytime he wants.) After taking car to him 2nd time, he said the films needs to be changed. So i keep taking car to him and he asked me to bring back again to remove and get a new installation. I asked my money back because I don't want him to cut my rear window defroster while removing the films. Also i don't trust his workmanship anymore. I will take my car to a different shop, will pay removing fees and get a new installation. I already paid him $370. Walk away before he messes your car windows up. I attached the photos. He probably tell below "the film was defective and asked him to bring back to change it." No, it is not the film, it is the workmanship and installation job was defective. And how can he give me 100% guarantee that when removing the film, he won't cut through any defroster lines? Again I made a bad decision to leave the car with him, paying $370 for tints, now i have to pay extra to remove these garbage films and his workmanship, get new films installed somewhere else. Excellent service! Made an appointment via text. Got a quote to replace front door windows with NC legal limit darkness. Got an accurate quote via text too after describing the work I needed to be performed. Total came out to be right, just adding tax. They estimated an hour work, was done in 30 minutes. They have ample parking and a nice waiting area to hang out at. I was told that I cannot roll down the windows for the next 48hrs which makes sense. Only reason I am mentioning it is that they had turned the window lock on before returning the car to me. Just went recently to get my mustang doors tinted, came out great! And only took maybe an hour to an hour & a half.

This place was horrible I hate this place to the fullest My car was supposed to be done by 1 i got here 1:25 and nobody answered the door or my calls finally sat outside for 30 minutes (in 90 degrees outside) before they open the door then my Car wasn't even READY so i had to wait AGAIN never again don't waste your money here read more
