First of all with today's prices, nails and toes are most definitely a luxury, that being said, let…read moreme stress they were not busy 2 people for a pedicure and 2 people for nails, what I didn't appreciate was getting a full set while getting a pedicure, pedicures are made to relax with being able to use the massage chair, I was not able to do that , twisting your body to get not a manicure but a full set was not fair, I didn't get the massage and I couldn't each the usual rub on my feet, also the way I had to hold my hands in the air and twist was not comfortable, for all of you who get your nails done, washing in between before the polish is a must , I got a squirt bottle with a reusable towel, not sure where you hats been ? Definitely makes me question how clean this salon actually is.... The light for my toes was dropped in my big toe ruining the polish I had to argue to have it fixed, no sorry just next time it's on us, easy to say that because after today you know there won't be a next time, no discount no nothing, save your money go somewhere else ! I had a basic manicure on Saturday with this technician and upon arriving home, some of the polish was bubbling and a few nails had blemishes on them. I was careful after he was finished and stayed long enough for the manicure to dry but he did put a very thick layer of overcoat on the nails to "protect" them. He seemed in a rush and left me at the station to allow time for drying my nails, but like I said, after ample time, several hours later I had blemishes on the nails. I returned to the salon and in sharing my concerns, Tyler went ballistic and told me regular nail polish doesn't last. I hate gels. He insisted this was my problem, but he would redo them just this one time. He proceeded to coat over the blemished nails and reapply more thick top coating and I waited another one-half hour for them to dry and again, makiang the blemishes even more apparent. I had my pedicure there with another technician and she was wonderful. Needless to say, I would not recommend Tyler. He only seems to want to do gel, acrylic or powder nails, none of which are healthy for your nails. I did want to mention that Anna did my pedicure and she was great.
